Vince and his assistant came to fix our garage door after I accidentally damaged it while installing a window. Vince did an excellent job—professional, efficient, and genuinely pleasant to work with. Had issues with the cold weather preventing my door from opening. Called 1A and they scheduled Andrey the next day. Andrey was professional, explained the situation and resolved it within minutes. Our opener was old and I still wanted it replaced. He replaced it quickly and explained how the new unit worked before he left. He was fast, professional and friendly. More importantly he was knowledgeable.

Andrey was fantastic and punctual! My garage door was stuck open when I got home from errands, and they were able to send someone out same day. Andrey was efficient and professional - will definitely use the company again in the future.

We have quite heavy wooden garage doors, so it's not surprising that we just had another spring break. He did the calculations that the others clearly should have done before previous repairs and figured out the upgraded springs necessary.
