We recently had the exterior of our home in South Bend painted by Cole and his team at 260 Roofing, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the crew was on time every day and communicated promptly whenever I had questions. The initial quote came in well under what we expected, and the quality of their work far exceeded it. Their crew leader, Angel, was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and great with communication throughout the whole project. The team patched several areas of our cedar siding before painting, and they handled all of our trim, soffits, and even some brick that turned out absolutely beautiful. They also painted our second garage and shed perfectly to match the house. We were very pleased with the results, the thorough cleanup and haul-away, and the willingness of the crew to accommodate the small details we requested. Our new gutters look great! After we called, Cole came out the next day to survey the job, and sent us a quote the same day! Jake and his crew put the gutters up in two days - even when it started snowing. We would definitely recommend 260 Roofing to friends.

Prompt and efficient - He responded quickly after I contacted him and came out when he said he would. It didn’t take him long to do the inspection required to produce an estimate. While several other companies required me to spend two and three hours with them to hear their sales pitch, Cole respectfully listened to the questions I had, responded with understanding, and promised an estimate early the following week. In fact, he beat that promise and got it within a couple of days. Transparent estimates - We have had at least one roof replaced in the past, and we’ve received a number of other estimates from other contractors. However, 260 Roofing is the first one I’ve seen that laid out clearly materials cost, haul off and disposal, in our case, gutters, overhead and profit. Comparing to the other estimates, it was easy to see that the difference was largely in the profit that they were making on the job they quoted. Quality work and very responsive - The crew was respectful, cleaned up after their work and did a tremendous job. If we had any questions, Cole was very responsive and addressed everything down to the last detail to ensure that we were completely satisfied at the end of the job. In short, I couldn’t recommend an individual or a company more highly than Cole Campbell and 260 Roofing.

This is the second project we have completed with 260 Roofing, LLC. and Cole has been excellent to work with. Project pricing is very reasonable compared to other companies we have used, and his guarantee is better than the rest! We will definitely be using 260 Roofing LLC again on our next roofing or painting project!

Cole and his team did an excellent job on our roof and gutter repair. Quoted us very fairly (much more fair than some other "local" chain companies) and was eager to get the job done for us. Very polite and communicative, and him and his team were very respectful to us and our property. Highly recommend them for any and all services they offer!

Cole and his team were so easy to work with. Kept me informed about what was going on. No hidden surprises. Work was completed on time and done well. Would highly recommend. We had gutters replaced, the house painted and some old wood replaced on the house. Cole handled it all and was very professional!

Cole was great to work with from the moment of coming out to discuss our project in person all the way to the end of our final walkthrough and ensuring we were fully satisfied with the final result. We were in the market getting quotes to either paint our existing aluminum siding or replace it with vinyl and also replace our soffits, gutters, fascia, and downspouts. We had several contractors come out who could only provide us a quote for an option of just painting or a complete replacement, whereas Cole came out and fully listened to what we were looking to do and came back to us with a quote involving painting our siding and replacing gutters, soffit, fascia, downspouts and one other quote to replace the siding with vinyl along with new gutters, soffit, and fascia. He was the only contractor to do this for us. Cole was never pushy after submitting us his quotes. His prices were very competitive within the market. Ultimately, we decided to go the vinyl siding route. To save us some money, we were going to do the tear off on our own. Cole initially came back with what the price would go down if we did that, but in the end decided to reduce our overall price some and waive the dumpster fee to save us from the headache of tearing everything off and to also make the project more affordable. He gave us free access to a visualizer program on the internet, which allowed us to accurately view what our home would look like in various siding and soffit/fascia color combinations and options. Other contractors we talked to were going to charge us upfront and then reimburse us at the end. Cole’s tagline of being transparent holds true. He provided us the material list and invoice he received from his supply house so we could see truly what his upcharge was to us on all materials. He never once tried to hide any cost from us. Once his crew began the tear off of our aluminum siding we noticed some of the sheathing on our house had some damaged areas where the sheathing was either cracked or there were some smaller holes. Not the first thing you really want to see when you dive into a project and Cole’s initial thought was much of the sheathing would need to be replaced with sheets of plywood and this would increase the total cost by a few thousand dollars. Cole proceeded to go to his supply house and came back with another option for us, a ¼ inch foam underlayment that would be used to cover the entirety of the house rather than replace all sheathing or just the damaged sheathing. He once again showed me in person his bill from the one pack of this underlayment he purchased, and we figured out the cost to do the entire house based off his material cost with no upcharge. He was once again very TRANSPARENT! With this additional material, the cost was going to be about $500 to $600 more than what we were originally quoted. We agreed to go this route and his crew proceeded to cover the house with this underlayment. Later on in the first day of our project, Cole texted us and he decided he was going to waive this extra material cost! Definitely did not expect that at all! After this underlayment was up the rest of our project went rather smoothly. Cole even offered for his crew to wrap our front porch posts in cedar and stain them at no extra cost to us. He did a final walkthrough with us after the weeklong project, and we did identify some areas that needed correction. The Monday of the following week, he and the foreman of his crew were out to fix any areas we identified. The end result looks AMAZING! We couldn’t be happier with the way our home looks now and the resultant much needed curb appeal! We would highly recommend Cole for any roofing project or siding/soffit/gutter project as he is willing to listen to exactly what you want done and not try to force feed other addons you don’t need or were requesting.
