Awesome customer service. Had called around 3:30pm and on the same day they were able to come and clean our carpet. Not bad for $100 and it was super quick. John was very nice and attentive to my concerns of the carpet cleanin. Also save for kids and pets. How amazing. So there won't be chemicals that will be harsh! Thank you 5 star carpet cleaning 🙂

John is a true professional, he was very pleasant, on time and did a great job which didn't take long at all! The price was very reasonable and If i weren’t moving I would certainly use his services again. He did my sectional (very large) in about an hour and a half and I am shocked at how it basically is brand new. Well worth it!! Choose John with 5 star carpet cleaning !!

Awesome job from 5 star carpet. Very happy with their service and they did a great job on cleaning my carpet. I was worried about stains on the carpets and the tech removed the stains. The technician was very polite and knowledgeble, and he explained everything he was going to do. Also, their price is very affordable without any surprises with the bill. I would definetly recommend 5 star carpet!

John did an amazing job on our carpets. We had a couple of really tough stains we couldn’t get out and he had no issues at all getting them out. He was quick and efficient. The price was extremely reasonable. We highly recommend this company.

John is absolutely the best! I’ve had him out to my house multiple times over the years due to dogs and kids trekking messes all over the house. He is -by far- the most reasonably priced, top quality, and friendliest service in the Hampton Roads area. I always recommend him to my neighbors and friends. As a local, I always like to support local businesses rather than chains, etc....I am also pretty picky about hiring contractors because of past experiences, but I am glad I called these guys. I needed my 2 bedroom duplex unit cleaned and was concerned I would have to pay for new carpet because of a few stains, but I am glad I simply had it professionally cleaned. I had never actually had anyone do that before, but I was pleasantly surprised by the results and it wasn't even very expensive! The carpet looks almost new and the technician Jon was very knowledgeable and even worked with me with no extra charge with some additional small areas of the house I forgot to tell him about. Anyway, I am sold on professional carpet cleaning and would definitely call them again next time!
