Our experience with Advanced Disaster Recovery was terrific. We had slow leak on the first floor of our house which damaged the wood floors. We had no idea where to begin. From the moment I made the first phone call to them the phone was answered by Brittany polite and very helpful I gave her all the details. Brandon followed up and explained what would happen next. He guided me with the next steps. Next call I received was from Tyler. He made an appointment came to the house and took over bringing dehumidifiers, a crew to remove parts of the damaged floors. Told me exactly what the next steps would be and it was spot on, People coming in packing out the contents of the house. Pods ordered, people moving boxes out, appliances disconnected and moved. They taped up or moved everything so the floors could be sanded and refinished. Once the floors were completed the whole process happened again only in reverse to put everything in its original location. Even found a safe place for our piano along with talking me off the ledge multiple times. Basically saying we’ve got this. You can come and go, and I felt very comfortable and did. They even made sure our little dog didn’t escape. I was kept informed every step of the way by Brandon and Tyler. Whatever they said would happen on a certain day or time, did happen. Without the navigation of Advanced Disaster Recovery and their team of professionals, I don’t know what I would have done. Kudos to this company and all Team Members for taking over and making things right for us.

We used CRDN after a fire to clean and restore the contents of our home. They are the most professional company we dealt with, very knowledgeable about how to restore and clean antiques, artwork, rugs and drapes. If it wasn't for them, most of the valuable contents in my home would be in the dumpster. They are quick and responsive. . .extremely professional and organized, throughout the process. They gave me confidence my belongings were being well cared for during this difficult time.

Had an AC issue that caused the down stairs of my bilevel to flood. My insurance company highly suggested Advanced Disaster Recovery Inc. To handle the mitigation of the floor which went really well. They always had respectful and knowledgeable people tend to my house. When it came time for repairs, I was asked by my insurance company if I would be ok with them doing the work as well. I obliged. The insurance company and I were sent estimates to which other than my deductible, they paid for. After the work was completed and my deductible and balance was paid everything seemed well. 2 weeks go by and I get a random message from the inspector that I was under charged. After contacting my insurance company and sending said inspector the screen shots of my paid receipts things magically were straightened out. I don't know if it was "a paperwork mix up" like said to me or if my adjuster straightened them out. KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS!

Advanced DRI did a great job in getting our flooded basement cleaned and ready for us to re-open in record time. They worked nights and a weekend to get us open quickly. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous throughout the process. I highly recommend them to anyone!
