Preferred Choice Restoration

We had a small leak in our attic that destroyed our sheet rock. Preferred Choice was on time and cut out the bad sheet rock and put dehumidifiers into the attic and ran them for 4 days. All the moisture was gone and we were able to get the ceiling repaired. good Job!

Small project turned into a bigger project. My original project manager took a different job with a different company Preferred choice was nice enough to introduce me to the new one and still work with the old one to manage my project I liked their service so much that I even had them do a third project in the house!

To the corporation of preferred Choice renovation and demolition. I cannot say enough about how pleased I was with the services from start to finish. May I say, I am absolutely thrilled with the renovation processes that took place Ben Slaughter my contract manager was so accommodating and responded to every text and email that I sent him. His team that consisted of Sean, Guillermo replace & construct), Jose (finish) and Amer (flooring) was over the top on professionalism and very talented. I am absolutely thrilled and willing to recommend their services to anybody who are in need of emergency services or everyday renovations. Thank you all!

Was away for the weekend, came back to a cracked water heater and water in places ypubwouldnt want. My insurance set me up with preferred. What a great company. Handled all the problems like the champs they are. Took care of the entire process seamlessly. Including the plumber and construction. Had some issues due to the water sitting for days, and had the right process to mitigate Any problems that came up. A great responsive company and would recommend them.

My plumbing failed and my leak detector company suggested them. They were quick to respond, but that's where it ended. I had to beg them to get the drying fans out of my house so the plumbing company I hired would have space to fix our leaks. The guy I talked to told me a boldfaced lie!! He told me my insurance wouldn't pay me if he took his fans out!! I have since fired them and went with a general contractor to finish my house. Much better prices for repairs.

We had a leak in the kitchen due to the RO system started leaking. Our plumber referred us to Preferred Choice. They were quick to come out and remove the wet cabinets and start next steps. At that time since we were already into it we decided to have our fireplace remodeled and the entire house painted. Worked out wonderful and just in time to hang our stockings!!!

I had a major water leak in the bathroom, and water had soaked into the walls. The plumber Recommended Preferred and contacted them. Over the next several days, the portions of soaked walls were removed, the area underneath them dried, wall replaced and painted. All of the workers did a great job The manager even got the ball rolling with my home owners insurance.
