We came home to a flood in our main bathroom. The toilet float had stuck and flooded the bathroom and closet. I called First Choice Restoration and they understood the urgent need to get it fixed quickly. They had a crew out in an hour and they were quickly drying everything up. The crew communicated very well with us on the process. Their quick action, professionalism and knowledge saved us from dealing with a major mold problem. I will call them if we ever have another disaster and I highly recommend them to my friends and family!

We had a water leak with water damage to the drywall/baseboards and I needed a new company to step in to complete the restoration. The previous company was slow to respond and I didn't feel comfortable with them doing the restoration after everything was dry. I called First Choice Restoration and was very happy with their flexibility to meet when it was convenient for me. They gave me a very competitive (and detailed) estimate and started the project within a few days. I was extremely impressed with their high quality work and the talented people they sent.

Excellent service. Worked with John Roe, who was fast, thorough, and HONEST. Had a leak and roofer had fixed the roof part. Said we only needed drywall repair for the ceiling. Wasn’t sure if this was true, so called up First choice. Lady was really nice and set up an appt with John, who came the same day. Took very thorough pictures, and told us that all we needed was drywall repair, and that the wood underneath is still good. Appreciated the promptness, professionalism, and honesty. Will be contacting them for any restoration work in the future. Thank you, John!

Okay so John the inspector, not sure his exact title, came and assessed my bathroom area where the mold was behind the wall. He checked it out and gave me his recommendations. I cannot begin to tell you how grateful I am that he was honest, and helped me to understand more about my situation. Although, I did not eventually need to have First Choice Restoration come to my house and do any further work, John did provide valuable information and literally fixed what I thought could have been a more devastating cost to me. Thank you First Restoration for sending him all the way out to my home.I highly recommend this company and in the future if I need help will definitely call. Thank you.

First Choice Restoration was a bright spot with our flood damaged home if thats possible. We had a water supply line burst at the toilet. Of course we were out of town and the water ran for over a day causing major flooding and damages to the walls, flooring, kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities. Our entire house was flooded and received damages from the leak. Quite a big project to restore. We were first assigned to another construction company by our insurance company. That company really didn’t do anything but take up 3 months of our valuable time. Needless to say we were quite discouraged. We then did our own research and elected to hire First Choice Restoration to complete the project. First Choice Restoration was absolutely perfect for us. They came out to our home and started the process accordingly. Kelly was assigned to be our Project Manger and he was always very helpful and always available to chat with. We had lots of questions and he had answers for them all. Kelly was a true professional and extremely knowledgeable about the construction and insurance process. He helped us rebuild our house back to the way we wanted it to be by assisting us with new cabinet selection, flooring and all other construction items. We also worked with with Aaron and Jim and met many of there workers at our home. Very impressed with all of them as they all cared about our situation. I would highly recommend this Company.

We had water damage in our kitchen and it was basically gutted. First Choice came in after 5 most of hassling with insurance company and had my kitchen completed in a matter of 5 weeks. The built an extra storage cabinet for me under my bar that was just wasted space. Mike, Dean and Kelly were the absolute best to work with. The were always on time, very friendly and always listened to my concerns. I am beyond thrilled with my kitchen and with Fist Choice. This company was great. I had talked to Daniel by phone after I had gotten an estimate from a company my plumber recommended for water mitigation (the water tank leaked and flooded)…i did not feel comfortable with their price or process. They had a minimum of 1200 and I knew this was not that large of an issue. I was out of state and this was for my rental property and it was 2 days before Christmas. I definitely needed someone out but I wanted someone to shoot me straight on my situation. Prior to arriving Daniel told me straight and was direct with the process and helped me get an idea on costs too. They did not try to upsell me or my Insurnace like the other companies may. The tech handled the issue and was professional and I was very pleased as were the tenants to the outcome…especially during the holiday weekend. Thank you!
