White Glove Restoration

I cannot thank these guys enough for everything they’ve done to help me through a stressful situation. My washer decided to break and leak everywhere on the floor below it, and Kenneth was there within a few hours (Sunday night of a holiday weekend, no less!) to set up fans and begin the drying/mitigation process. Roy was fantastic at communicating what to expect through this whole process, was prompt in responding to texts and emails, and even worked with with my home insurance policy to file a claim. Kenneth came back a few times to monitor progress as well as cut out the affected drywall, and Jerome also very efficiently removed all the affected tile. Roy recommended a contractor to begin the restoration. Before this project was finished though, we had another surprise leak - this time from the rain! Without hesitation I reached out to Roy to help with the new problem, and he had someone here same day to begin the mitigation and drying process. Joel was efficient and thorough in cutting the affected areas and even came up with some pretty convincing theories as to how the leak occurred. This second issue only just happened but I am fully confident that white glove will see it all the way through to the end.

We were remodeling our upstairs bathrooms and one of the "finished" bathrooms toilets was not sealed properly, so it had been slowly leaking down onto the ceiling above our kitchen. White glove assessed the situation and did their best to keep the area contained so that we could still access our refrigerator. Joel went above and beyond when he taped and protected the awkward space in our kitchen so our lives did not have to be turned upside down. He was great at communicating and the job was finished when they said it would be. Joel was very thorough, we are confident everything was handled appropriately and our home is back to being a safe place for us. For being in a very stressful situation we are very happy and appreciative for the quick resolution.

They handled the emergency water extraction, found the source of the leak, and got everything dry in just 2 days. These guys are pros at water damage restoration. Hope you never need them BUT stuff happens -- should you need a company to come and take care of everything from A-Z, White Glove Restoration is your team! Parents had their jacuzzi and gazebo set on fire.  White Glove came in, busted it all down to pieces including having to demolish a half burnt jacuzzi into reasonable pieces to haul away out of the yard.  These guys came in under 5 hours, tore it all down, packed it up and hauled it away. They also washed down the whole area and ensured all toxins were removed as well. They were super thorough, they even deodorized & treated the surface with odor counteractant and conducted final cleanup and did a magnetic sweep for any potential metal debris. And no job like this is cheap but they came in way under that others were quoting us.   See pictures for proof and call Roy if you’re ever in a similar bind!

He handled the water mitigation like a champ, and during the process, they even found some mold. They treated it at no extra cost! Super impressed. They didn’t just dry everything out, they also repaired the damage and left it looking even better than before. If you’re dealing with water damage or mold these are your people. 5 stars all the way.
