Our family went through one of the hardest experiences of our lives after major water damage severely impacted our home, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the entire SERVPRO team, who supported us from day one. Every single person played a vital role in helping us get through an incredibly stressful and emotional time. The emergency services team — Nico and Claire — were our first lifeline. Nico arrived quickly, walked us through the entire mitigation process, and treated our home with professionalism and compassion. In a moment of chaos and uncertainty, they brought order, clarity, and genuine care. The pack-out and moving team — Lenny and June — were outstanding. They handled every belonging with respect, patience, and attention to detail. Watching them work gave us so much comfort. They treated our possessions as if they were their own, and their kindness made a difficult process feel easier to endure. The rebuild team, led by Dennis, was exceptional in every phase of the restoration. From drywall and paint to cabinets, flooring, plumbing, and electrical work, Dennis ensured everything was done with craftsmanship and precision. He kept us informed, stayed organized, worked with our claims adjustor and insurance company to get everything covered, and went above and beyond to make sure our home was restored beautifully. And behind the scenes, Sara in accounting was a true blessing. She is an angel and helped us manage the large payments we needed to keep track of. She helped us navigate the whole process and went to bat for us to make sure we made it through. This organization didn’t just repair our home — they helped stabilize our family during one of the most difficult periods we've ever faced. Their compassion, professionalism, and dedication meant more to us than they will ever know. Seth and his team were incredibly helpful from start to finish. Where our insurance company made it as difficult as possible Servpro was as helpful as possible for every step. They did great work and were happy to be back in our house.

As a Maintenance Supervisor in the Property Management industry, it is absolutely vital that I have someone I can rely on for floods and water damage. Matt at Servpro did an excellent job! His knowledge and expertise in handling a flood that affected multiple units were outstanding. Matt ensured a consistent flow of information from the initial contact to completion. All work was performed with superb cleanliness and above standard.

Unfortunately we had to go through the abatement process three times because of water leakage that caused black mold in our house. Each time Servpro hit a home run! Issac was the field agent that came out and did the inspection and abatement process. Issac was professional, and communicated clearly on what the process involves. Scheduling with ServPro was easy and had availability the next day. Hopefully I do not have to use Servpro again but I highly recommend their services.

Working with ServPro East/Mid-City, after we experienced a water leak in our home, was a very easy process. Within two hours of noticing the leak, Issac came to our home to immediately begin the water remediation process. Dehumidifiers were installed; followed by fans, removal of drywall, mold removal, pack out, and removal of damaged flooring. Isaac was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Claire, the office contact person, was quite friendly, organized, and easily accessible through each step in the process. Claire communicated well with our insurance company and kept me "in the loop". On one occasion, the company owner even showed up, at the same time as our insurance adjuster, which enhanced communication and cohesiveness in getting the job done. The pack out personnel took great care in accounting for and safely packing our belongings. I highly recommend ServePro East/Mid-City should you need water remediation services in the future.

Issac and his team were fantastic! They were quick to respond to an upstairs leak and contain the spread of the water damage. They were conservative in their approach and worked well with us and the insurance company. I highly recommend Servpro east to anyone, even if you live in North county San Diego. So grateful for them and their positive demeanor really set the tone for a calm experience.
