Clarketon Restoration was fantastic from start to finish. They responded fast—like really fast—and the quote they gave us was accurate. No surprises at the end, no "oh by the way" extra costs. Just clear, honest communication. Our living room project was not an easy one. It included electrical work, drywall repair, and some beautiful paint and stone finishes. The tricky part was the paint: rich flat black and brown across multiple textures—wood and plaster—where every little imperfection shows. It takes real skill to pull that off, and they did it beautifully. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and somehow managed to keep our home spotless. Not a trace of drywall dust anywhere else in the house—how do they even do that? They were kind, respectful, and clearly understood they were working in someone’s home, not just on a job site. Communication was easy, and they made us feel like our project mattered. We worked with Clarketon Restoration on an insurance remodel after our kitchen was damaged significantly due to a leaky dishwasher. From our first encounter with Clarketon Restoration when we requested a cost estimate to have as a comparison vs. the insurance carrier’s adjuster through project completion, we were impressed by their professionalism, knowledge of the insurance process (if you haven’t been through one, what a headache that can be), and the quality of their work. We called Clarketon Restoration after we had a pipe burst in our house. They were extremely easy to work with and did a great job with both the clean up and the restoring of the bathroom that was damaged. We enjoyed working with their team so much that we hired them for some other projects as well (a remodel of our laundry room and another bathroom). We are very grateful for the prompt and professional response by Clarketon Restoration in walking us through this very stressful and difficult process. They initiated the mitigation process right away with placement of filters and fans and sealing off damaged areas. The young men who came to complete the work, Jose, Christian, David and Ramiro were very prompt, efficient, professional, patient with all of our questions, and were neat in all they did, making this very difficult process much less stressful.
