I had a great experience with ATI. The crew of Hector, Geronimo, and the rest felt like family. They even came out six months after the job to retouch the cabinets, free of charge. Highly recommend this awesome crew.

I’m disappointed and frustrated that I’ve received no response after sending the information you requested. I took the time to provide detailed documentation in good faith, expecting a timely and serious follow-up. The lack of acknowledgment only reinforces the concerns I originally raised. If ATI is truly committed to accountability and improving its workplace, then ignoring those who come forward is unacceptable. I expect a response — not silence.

I was beyond pleased with the service provided by ATI. The pack out team handled all our household items carefully, asked questions, and boxed items up as we saw fit. Of all the military moves I had done, ATI was by far the best team to move our things. The simple fact that they took pictures of our home BEFORE the work began, allowed them to replace everything after the job was complete. I can't give enough praise to John Vargo and Mike Carroll's team for the work completed. John was in the numbers making sure we got all the "bang for our buck" and was transparent with the fees for the additions we requested on top of the repair. John consistently had the patience and attention to detail in walking first time homeowners and first time renovators through the entire process. Mike was the perfect project manager for our needs. We appreciated him brining his opinions and solutions into our remodel and was never pushy, impatient, or disagreed with our creative vision for the remodel. Mike kept the lines of communication open during the entire process and was easy to reach if we had any questions. We were incredibly thankful for all the extra time he spent explaining certain projects and work to be completed which in turn made us feel very comfortable during the process. Having ATI as an approved company by USAA gave us the confidence initially with the work to be completed, but having dealt with all the employees at ATI, I would be more than happy to use their skills in the future.

We used ATI during the purchase of our home to remediate a roof leak during escrow and were very happy with their work and professionalism. Then one night we woke up to flooding in an upstairs bathroom. It was bad, and it was midnight. I called ATI right away and their team was there within an hour. Flood remediation is a very layered process and ATI did a great job coordinating and communicating next steps. ATI also worked well with our insurance company.

Hands down the absolute worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of having to work with. Our insurance chose them to perform restoration work after a slab leak. They made our life a living hell for months while they completed subpar restoration work. No communication, tons of timeline extensions, and all of their work was shoddy. Not to mention they took no measurements of our shower and rebuilt it the wrong size so they had to come back and spend more time fixing it. All in all, it took them 9 months to fully complete the restoration work that they quoted us 2 weeks to complete. Do NOT let your insurance company use ATI to perform work on your property!
