Darius was helpful throughout the entire process of drying my basement when my water heater broke. He was knowledgeable and reliable. The Cleaning Source responded promptly when the incident occurred and quickly helped remedy the issue, even over the weekend. I appreciated their service.

From the moment I called Darrius at The Cleaning Source after a leak in my ceiling, I felt very taken care of. This was the first time I’d ever had an emergency like this in my home and Darrius took the time to explain everything to me from how to process my home owners insurance claim to what to do after the mess left from the leak was cleaned. He put me in connection with a contractor to repair the drywall the leak had damaged and all parts of the process were done very quickly! I don’t know what I would have done without this team!

My experience with The Cleaning Source was excellent. My basement flooded and they were quick to respond, they actually came the same day. They did an amazing job, they were friendly, informative and very professional, I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends and family.

Right from the start, they were on time and super professional. The team kept us in the loop through the whole process, which I really appreciated. They walked us through everything, so we always knew what was going on and what to expect next. The work they did was fantastic! The team at The Cleaning Source are absolutely fantastic. I had a water leak in my basement, called the number that night and Darius (owner) immediately picked up. They were at my house the next morning to provide a free estimate and explain what they needed to do to fix and dry out the basement. The came back that afternoon with the equipment and began drying out the walls and carpets. During the process they were constantly engaged with me to ensure the process was going smoothly. After they picked up the equipment after a week of drying, Darius sat down with me showing me the documents that I needed to send to my insurance company to start a claim. Top to bottom the Darius and his team were professional and extremely helpful during this stressful time. Could not recommend them enough!

I woke up at 5:30 am to a flooded basement. Water was coming out of lights as I turned them on. My basement is finished and used as a family room space. When I went down there I found water sitting on top of the carpet. The ceiling looked as though it was going to fail at any moment. I called The Cleaning Source and they came quickly. Within minutes I became calm. The are experts at water mitigation and most importantly excellent communicators. They walked me thru everything step by step. Because of that my worry went away. They did not leave until all of the tear out and clean up was complete. (Within the day). Darius brought in multiple team members to make sure everything was completed. Darius went above and beyond guiding me thru the water clean up process. He walked me thru everything that they did and had tests and results to present to the insurance company. Without hesitation I give The Cleaning Source the highest rating possible for their work!!! They are absolutely the best! I work within a similar industry so I had an idea of what to expect. Great, great, organization to work with!!!
