COIT Cleaning and Restoration

We are absolutely delighted with the service we received from Coit Upholstery Cleaning. We entrusted them with a highly sentimental piece: a 30-year-old rocking chair, originally purchased when our daughter was born, which we wanted to restore for the arrival of our new grandson. Coit did a fantastic job. The chair is now clean, fresh, and bright, truly looking as good as new. ​From start to finish, the experience was seamless. The customer service team was timely and informative prior to the appointment. Our service representative was professional, punctual, and highly efficient. We were especially satisfied with the minimum service fee charged for the single rocking chair, which felt very fair for the quality of the result. We are so happy to be rocking our newborn grandson in our beautifully restored chair. Thank you, Coit, for delivering such a wonderful service!

Where my shoe is, is where they didn’t clean the other side of the door is where they took 5 minutes to clean… I’m shocked they’re professionals i didn’t pay. I cleaned my own carpet with a carpet cleaner i got at target spotless! This is insane to me. The manager told me i didn’t have to pay which i wouldn’t have anyway, but why even send someone out to waste my time and do nothing. I have no words. The workers were friendly which is why they get the one star. However, do not waste money or time here pointless.

The technician was very friendly and absolutely stayed focused. In fact, he included me to see the progress and explained in detail. What to expect. My sofa was not stained however, a bit dirty from daily use. Once dried it looked a little bit choppy. Unfortunately, you can see where some areas weren’t hit so well with the cleaning machine. The price is competitive with other companies. These services are not cheap. I would not use Coit again after using them two times and seeing unnoticeable results each time.

I needed the carpet deep cleaned throughout the house, plus sanitized and removing odors in the basement. Well, they had to go back because the basement still smelled. After that the tenants put candles to mask the odor, so i couldn't tell if the smell was completely good. In addition, i had all the ducts cleaned and also sanitized since the previous tenants had two dogs and a cat. I hope the disabled child of my new tenant stopped snizzing. I am not impressed by COIT. The intake guys was super nice though. It was my first time using them, but I don't know if I'll use them for the other three properties.

I was told several things by the guy who came to do the measurements that were later contradicted by the technician. How can I be confident that I am getting what he promised? I feel like he was selling me a bill of goods. Doubt I'll use Coit again. I'd love to talk to a manager.

Great experience with COIT Cleaning and Restoration who was recommended by our neighbor. There cleaned 3 carpets and our 20 year old couch. They all look great. Even the couch where our long departed dog Tucker left his mark no longer shows signs of his past presence. All the techs were very professional.

I had my ducts cleaned on Friday and wanted to share an honest review. Pros: • The service itself was fairly quick. • The final cost matched what was quoted during the inspection—no surprise fees. The technician even re-counted all the vents to try and lower the price, which I appreciated - even though he was unable to do so. • A lot of dust came out, so I do think the actual cleaning was effective. • The technician gave me genuinely helpful advice about my air filters—what brands to buy and how to maintain them better. Cons: • It was extremely loud, which made it hard to work from home during the service. • On top of the noise, the technician made multiple personal phone calls throughout the appointment. I was honestly more distracted by his constant talking than by the equipment itself, which made it really difficult to focus on work. • He walked all over my house with his shoes on, which stained my carpet on the stairs and scratched a dresser in my upstairs bedroom. He was kind, but not very respectful of my space. • I didn’t realize they do not clean up afterward. I was left with dust and drywall debris everywhere—especially on my furniture. I would’ve expected they’d at least cover the furniture if cleanup isn’t included. He even brought a vacuum but said it "stopped working," so everything was left behind for me to clean. Overall, I’m glad duct cleaning only needs to be done every few years because I couldn’t handle this process more often. The ducts themselves seem clean, but the lack of care for my home and the mess left behind were disappointing.
