Absolutely amazing work!! My whole experience was just fabulous, from Eric's estimate to Jimmie's and William's work!! My crawlspace was a mess, my building is from 1918 and lots of shoddy work done, most of which was not caught during the inspection before I bought it due to how tight the crawlspace is and the inspectors lack of work ethic! They went above and beyond, fixing some things that weren't part of the estimate and they let me know there was a broken pipe for the bathroom! It was refreshing to see this work ethic and integrity after being so disappointed with other contractors' work! I totally would use them again and highly recommend them!!
Great experience with this crew. I have a large crawl space, and they were able to get the job done in slightly less than two days. They worked with me on a couple items that I wanted to do myself rather than pay for additional labor/trades to come in as well. Highly recommend!

Eric was extremely knowledgeable and honest enough to recommend DIY fixes in lieu of upselling me things I didn't need. I'd recommend CSM (and Eric in particular) to anyone that wants a good evaluation/recommendations about their basement/crawl without the sales pressure.
