I just want to thank United Restoration for the amazing repairs they completed on my home after significant water damage. The Project Manager Coy was extremely professional, approachable, attentive and passionate about his job. Hands down the best in Hampton Roads! His communication throughout this process was outstanding and it gave my family and I the comfort and confidence that this project would be a success. The entire staff was awesome and left a lasting positive impression. We would not hesitate to call on United Restoration for any future repairs. We had a partial house fire with heavy smoke damage in Nov 2024. United Restoration went above and beyond—our home now looks even better than before. I contact United Restoration during a major flood that occurred in our home. Every step of the way, from their immediate response of removing the water and the conclusion of the repairs the company and that teams that came out for both phase of the project were extremely professional, communicative and shows us great kindness during a very stressful time. The first team that came out did an excellent job of drying out the spaces, also they attention to detail was outstanding. There professionalism showed when they were moving furniture to allow for the drying of the space, they took the time to package fragile items to ensure they would be safe from damaged. This showed us that we pick the right company for the job. The Project Manager Mr. Dwayne was as extremely professional, his communication throughout the whole process was excellent. Mr. Dwayne’s customer service went above and beyond, providing a reduced stressful situation. His team did an amazing job of repairing all the damage the flooding did. My designated Project Manager Rance Ruiz went above and beyond to ensure that the my basic expectations were exceeded. Rance and his team at United did an outstanding job on my house, new flooring throughout, kitchen, cabinets, 2 bathrooms remodeled, new fixtures, drywall and painting. Extensive project, Rance continually updated me on the progress the whole way, from demo to completion. The contractors were all professional and quality craftsman and did an outstanding job. The materials I picked with Rance's help were all high quality. At the end of it all I felt that I received way more than I bargained for.
