I would like to publicly talk about how honest this company is. We sought them out after a small leak in our pipes that seeped into an adjoining wall/floor. We had another company come out and told us we'd need to replace down to the studs. We called Water Damage Solutions as a second opinion because we had quickly fixed the leak once it happened, and had already removed some flooring/drywall to start the drying process. John came from Water Solutions and took readings and ensured us that we were dry and that he couldn't in good faith do anything because we had no moisture. I am so thankful for his honesty as a previous company was not. And god forbid, we have another leak, I would without a doubt call Water Damage Solutions first and only. I am so thankful for such an honest company.

We had a slow leak from a kitchen pipe into our crawl space that over time created an awful mess. Water Damage Solutions LLC quickly responded to our call with a free estimate. (not many companies will do that!) We hired them for the job to clean up the crawl space so a plumber could get in and repair the leak. They showed up on time and completed the job perfectly. Even the plumber commented on the great job they did. They were on time, professional and someone I would def do business with again! Thanks guys!!

I cannot recommend Water Damage Solutions enough. From the first call to the last interaction, all the staff has been exceedingly professional, courteous, and kind. They worked with us and with our insurance company when we identified a leak in our kitchen, kept us updated every step of the way, and even helped us find a general contractor when we couldn't find anyone to put our kitchen back together. Darren and his team thoroughly explained every step they were taking, answered our numerous questions, and worked quickly to isolate the damage. We were completely impressed by the entire team and we would not hesitate to recommend them to all our friends and family.

Despite the circumstances, we had a very pleasant experience with Water Damage Solutions. We unfortunately had a pipe burst, but Water Damage Solutions was able to quickly start the drying process in our kitchen and crawl space. We had two gentlemen assist us during the drying process and they took adequate precautions, such as face masks and distancing, which I appreciate since one of my family members is high risk. We are extremely satisfied with the work that was done and if we ever need water damage services done again 10/10 we will be going with Water Damage Solutions. The workers were competent, respectful, patient and informative during what was a very stressful time for me.

This company is amazing! We had two sizable water leaks within a three month time frame. The first time we used a company that our insurance company suggested. When the second leak happened we knew that we wanted to use a different company. It was like night and day. Water Damage Solutions was timely, professional, knowledgeable and treated our home as if it was their own. They worked around our schedules and were incredibly efficient. They were concerned about my allergies and they enclosed the damaged area and used HEPA filters during the drying out process. They treated the mold. It was very comforting to me that they were so diligent and thorough with maintaining a healthy air quality in the rest of our home while doing such a fantastic job of drying up the area that leaked. We would HIGHLY recommend them - they are AWESOME!

I can only describe this company in one word....Awesome! It's hard these days to find good customer service AND quality work. This was our first major issue at our home and their team made us feel confident and comfortable in the process from the moment we first spoke over the phone. They put us at ease with the entire repair process even though they were only taking care of the water damage portion. I would recommend this team to anyone! I hope we never have a problem again, but if we do I would certainly pick up the phone and call Darrin! I would highly recommend using this company and would give them a 10/10 if I could!
