We'd had a snail's pace slow leak from our washer that was likely the result of an installation error when we'd first moved in about 4 years ago. The leaky water did practically nothing to the laundry room, but the secondary bedroom with which it shares a wall wound up with salvageable but still soaked carpet. The carpet pad, however, was done for. It took a couple of days of texting back and forth to get someone to come out, but that was the only minor setback during the entire process. Once Mr. Ryan got in touch, he took charge of the situation, and it was smooth sailing after that. Professionalism imbued their communication, along with a friendly flexibility when it came to requested changes in scheduling on our end. Best of all, our son's bedroom now looks like nothing ever happened to it, which we figure is the highest compliment one could pay to a company that handles restoration services. To be sure, we hope a circumstance where we need them again never arises; however, if something catastrophic were to take place (knock on wood), it's comforting to know that BMS CAT is just one text message away!
