I had roof and water damage on one of my rental properties while I was out of town. I was worried I would have long term damage and couldn't manage anything from where I was. I called RFD and Dan was there within a few hours to cover my roof and avoid interior damage. He communicated everything so clearly to me about the process and helped facilitate everything with my insurance when I didn't know where to turn. Within days my claim was approved and the work was done. I don't know what I would have done without RFD and would use them again in a heartbeat!

Work was never completed by RFD services, we currently have an open case with the BBB for work that was paid for and never completed. I would warn anyone wanting to use this company, they promise you that they will get the insurance company to pay for everything and extra's, but when your insurance company refuses RFD lose interest in you. This work was started back in December 2016 and we are still waiting on the chimneys to be crowned and capped which we paid for out of pocket. As well as have all of our gutter guards installed, which was paid for by our insurance company. As you can see from our pictures the gutter guards are still on the floor, and you can see the quality of work the company left my siding in. I have uneven siding where they bent it, no flashing underneath and an exposed section where my garage meets our bedroom wall. I am more than happy to also add the chimney pictures to prove that work was never completed. I just do not want anyone else to get ripped off from this company, they promise you the world with your home and you will believe them, but that's what makes a good con man. Also alarm bells will start to ring when you realize you have to do ALL of the chasing with the insurance company, and when the insurance company declines claims RFD will leave you high and dry. There are plenty of good Roofing companies out there, this is DEFINITELY not one of them.
