Wow! From the very beginning, I knew this company was different. Their communication is off the charts. Not only do they show that they care about your needs, but they go the extra mile on every job they've done for us. My project manager, Terry Dalton from BluSky, has treated every job like it's his own business. He cares about the details, big or small. He truly wants to get you exactly what you're looking for and has no problem having the tough conversations. If it's not possible, he gives us every other option available to make sure we are satisfied. I would and will continue to recommend this company for every job. They care!

My property recently experienced a major water loss. BluSky was one of the contractors we called and by day 2 we decided to have them take over the entire project from start to finish. Terry Dalton has been my main contact even before this water loss and he has always been so helpful. He always gives it to you straight, is very clear when communicating needs and processes, and really focuses on doing right by the client. Adel Teran, Robbie Shepner, and Patrick Walsh have also been excellent. They are so pleasant, respectful and aware of the property needs, and are effective and efficient. It has been such a relief to not have to worry about the logistics of this water loss and just let them do their thing. Thank you again for all your help and just being genuinely awesome people! I told them they will be my first call for any issues I have moving forward. Highly recommend!!

This company damaged my property because they were working on the condo above mine several months ago. After 5+ visits by their company, the condo is still damaged, and they’ve avoided repairing the unit I live in. Even though the fire alarm is not working due to a leak they caused in our unit. They weren't initially working on our unit, they just damaged it by proxy due to two leaks that they caused above ours. They are horrible to deal with, most workers don’t speak English and I had to speak with the manager in Nashville who promised things that were not delivered. Our condo still has water damaged, I would avoid this company at all cost. They do not take accountability for their mistakes, I would not want them working on my property. Update: They commented they're sorry and are looking into it, but it's been two weeks and I haven't received any follow up from them. Another example of them not being true to their word. Please don't do business with them!

I am the Leasing Consultant here at Artisan on 18th. Recently we had a restoration project in an apartment that needed immediate attention. BluSky team came out and took care of the situation right away. Their Project Manager, Cody Gardner, did an amazing job at overseeing the project and making sure to communicate with me and my team about what timelines and project updates. Because of the excellent communication, we were able to keep our tenants informed which is always important in this field! Altogether very pleased with the services performed and highly recommend!

Horrible experience with these guys. They lied and ruined my things and won’t respond to me. Do not use it trust them with anything, much less allow them to touch your property.

They did work which damaged my condo, they didn’t fix the damage but left it as is and haven’t responded to me at all. Horrible customer service, take your business elsewhere
