Servpro cleaned and treated my AC ducts and did an excellent job. The lead technician, Jack, kept us informed every step of the way. He and his partner Daniel were extremely conscientious and were also very nice. I highly recommend ServPro and especially Jack and Daniel.

We were very impressed with ServPro and the pride all the teams took in their thorough mold remediation, wall reconstruction, window grouting expertise, detailed window repair, and track cleaning. Our heartfelt gratitude to Doug, Luc, Jack, Simon, Hugo, Daniel, Germain, and the painting team for making our home feel brand new again!

I hired Servpro for a relatively small water damage cleanup and restoration of the affected area. My job remains unfinished because they claim that I did not contract for "reconstruction". I took them at their word that my job would be "like it never happened". Throughout the subsequent back and forth with the Servpro team and management, they never took a scintilla of responsibility for not having made certain that my "so-called contract" reflected my request / expectations which, from my point of view, were made perfectly clear to the Production Manager (salesman) and obvious based on an examination of the site. Further, Servpro made no offer to compromise or propose any alternative resolution to our disagreement. Lastly, as a result of my job not being finished as I had expected, I believe that the charges for the work done was excessive.

ServPro was excellent! Jack & Hugo did an awesome job with the mold remediation in our home. They took such great care and attention to our needs. We would love to have them assist us again should we need it again in the future.

I used Servpro again for AC Duct cleaning in a condominium I manage. Jack did an amazing job cleaning the ducts on 12 floors in the common areas. Very professional, informed me throughout every step and left all areas clean.

Above & beyond expectations! It started with Doug & Chris (production mgrs) and then the excellence really became evident and flowed through Jack & Issac (onsite supervisor & foreman). This was an enormous project.. 3-4 weeks of work on an ocean front estate that had sat abandoned for 3 years. You can imagine the level of mold remediation required. The entire team working under Jack & Issac were truly spectacular. Everyone was so focused on efficiency and doing the best job…. And this was not a very good work environment- indoor temps were over 95* & high humidity …no A/C! But Jack/Issac & their whole crew took it all in stride to do what needed to be done. Extremely impressive… each and every team member. Throughout the job, Jack assured me they were going to pass on the first mold test. Of course they did. I didn’t have a doubt. Top-notch performance from the entire ServPro team! Thank you!
