Pink Rose Home Service - Syracuse, NY

Pink Rose always does a great job for me and I call them for any project that I can’t handle myself. This visit was to rebuild my front porch and take all the old wood off and make it bright and fresh and vinyl!! Logan came and spent a couple days, ripped it all off and replaced it with Trex flooring and vinyl railings that are much sturdier than what was there. It looks amazing and goes very well with my newly painted house. That is why I am a member of the Bouquet Club. November, brings another visit from Pink Rose. Stay Tuned!!

Logan was very professional, performing the work efficiently and effectively. Provided a quote for another job and gave me the information needed to order the appropriate materials for the work. Trouble-shooted a problem for me related to earlier work, remedying it. Services are pricey, but you can save substantially by becoming a member, which makes sense if you need handyman services regularly. Important to be aware that sometimes they are able to provide quoted services the same visit and sometimes they cannot and work quoted will be scheduled another day.

We needed a new gas line run for a new gas cooktop. It was a difficult route through ceilings and floors. Our tech Logan came with an excellent attitude and gave us a quote that was very reasonable. He showed up on time the day of the work and did an extremely professional job. He was done in one day and his cleanup was exemplary! After the job was done we went through everything and it was exactly what we wanted. Logan then took out the tools, swept, vacuumed and even Mopped to get rid of drywall dust. I highly recommend Pink Rose and will use them again!

Fantastic service from my phone call to schedule through completion of my job. Promptly scheduled my small job. Replacing lights, faucets and a thermostat. Work done the same day. John was friendly, professional and skilled. Cleaned up completely before he left and gave an estimate for a possible future job I'm considering. 100% would recommend Pink Rose!!

John did an awesome job. We had our washer and dryer moved from the basement to the second floor. John was creative in how he approached the job, putting the piping through an unused chimney (we live in an old house). It was the least intrusive way to go about it and worked very well. Would highly recommend, especially if you have an idea that you don’t know exactly how to implement. Also, I had requested two additional quotes on two separate projects and I received an honest opinion that neither was worth the investment. This was helpful and saved us money and the headache of taking something on that would not have been worth it.

We had John from Pink Rose come by to do the requested work - replacement and installation of new mailbox and post, and clean out of egress and installation of egress cover. John was prompt, very polite, and communicated very well. We had a great experience and look forward to working with Pink Rose and John for future home repairs! The actual pink rose at the end of the service visit was a sweet surprise!

As a new homeowner I found I needed help with a couple of small projects and a friend had recommended Pink Rose. The whole process went smoothly from the first call to the initial visit to provide an estimate to the work performed as well as the follow up needed to complete one of the jobs. Rick was great, he knew exactly what he was doing and easily took care of the tasks at hand. I will definitely use this service again when needed.
