First, they were at our house in 24 hrs to assess and give us their opinion and a quote for a chimney repair. The day they came to do the work, they got here early in the morning, set everything up to be safe and protect our property, got the work done, and seemed to have a good time while doing it! Left everything immaculate. Explained everything and it looks amazing.

This review is late but I needed to post this. I had MJ Richardson complete work on my Chimney this past summer. They installed new Chimney Flue, new crown, install caps and cleaned my chimney. They did a complete inspection on my chimney. They were on time, extremely friendly and professional. What I like most of all is they were the only company that came out to review the work and provide a quote. Other companies didn't respond or requested I send them a picture in order to provide a quote. I highly recommend using this company.

M. J. Richardson Contracting Company did an excellent job of repairing my chimney to better than it originally was. It was in bad shape with several holes starting that could have led to water damage. They installed a new crown, all concrete, installed a new stainless steel cap over the flew after scraping and removing all the loose mortar and stucco. The first coat of paint was with a bonding agent so paint adheres. The whole chimney was painted.The crew of two had 100 years of experience between them, one starting at age 12. They were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. So very easy to talk to. They were prompt in coming when I called, inspected the chimney and gave me a free estimate. I am very happy that I went with them and of the work that they performed. I highly recommend M. J. Richardson Contracting Company.

My husband and I are very happy with the experience we had with this contractor. Rich, Mike, John and Collin were very professional, curtious and had an extreme attention to detail on our chimney. They rebuilt our 50 year old chimney that was in rough shape due to time and elements and we could not be happier with the finished product. Our chimney is beautiful! 08/26/2023 Update Just came out today to check on the paint on the chimney. There was some touch up work that they did on the paint that was needed as a result from the weather. They were very professional and did an excellent job. Would once again highly recommend them. The repair of the gutter work was done in a very professional manner, at a fair price, and completed on time. Would highly recommend them.

Quality work. Great guys. MJ Richardson did a chimney repair for us, replaced 3 courses of brick, put on a new crown, repaired cracked mortar and some spalled brick. They came out the day after we called to look over our project and give us an estimate, carefully explaining how they would complete the repair. The crew came out promptly, also explaining the work they were doing, showing us photos of their progress. These guys are experienced professionals. Kept a safe, clean worksite. We're very satisfied with the work they did. The chimney came out great.

My chimney was falling apart and I requested them to quote the job. They responded quickly and were extremely professional. They did an incredible job and told me what needed to be done every step of the way. I was very happy with the result and cannot recommend them enough.
