Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

The Roto-Rooter online experience is pretty awesome. They schedule a technician to be at your house at the time you asked for. It surprisingly enough to me they were there at the scheduled time. They didn’t wait around in their trucks for 20 minutes to finally walk across the street and knock on the door. They arrived. They came to the house and they had their equipment in the basement within 10 minutes. The two men were clean and professional Did not leave a mess, they cleaned up after themselves. Very unlike other plumbers we’ve had over the years when we had to call outside our normal plumber. A guy came in after they were all done and ran a camera down the line to show us some damage in our lines and where some roots were growing, which is why we called them to get the roots out of our line, and gave us a price to have that fixed. Of course Roto Rooter being a name brand is very expensive. We can not afford a price that would be a third of value of our whole house to reline the existing pipes. 17,000 was the quote for that. However, they did clear the drain and the toilets flush once again. I mean without filling up our basement I know that’s gross. This clean out by it's self was a $500 service which is about triple what my regular local guy charges who has been or guy for 30 years and twice as much as any independent people. I paid because Roto Rooter is trusted name and none of the others could get there soon enough. Although the price was high, the service was great. It was certainly worth it to me to be able to use my plumbing again in a timely manor. Well, I’d always recommend my regular guy big Josh, plumbing. Because he’s all the things that these guys were a little over half the price if you can’t get josh. Try Roto Rooter I’ll give him five stars because my technicians were excellent. Mike P. came to our house and then contacted Mike F. came out and gave us an estimate after finding our problem. The NEXT DAY we had a crew out to fix our issue. So thankful for Ronnie and Cody getting the job done quickly and even explaining everything to my inquisitive children! They also answered any questions I had regarding what they were doing. Will definitely choose Roto-Rooter in the future for any problems!

Jacob was great. He got here very quickly after calling and did great work. He walked through each step of what he was going to do to fix our drain issue, and then explained the results thoroughly after he finished.

He thoroughly explained what was causing the issue, what was recommended to fix it, and how to prevent this in the future. He also recommended a preventive maintenance product that I did purchase, and made sure that everything was clean when the job was finished. Big emergency at 3 am. Called Roto-Rooter and within 12 hours they came out, took care of it and saved the day. Colt was professional, courteous and understanding. Even gave us a discount! Pricey but worth it for peace of mind.

Greg Carsner came today to assist us in fixing our plumbing issues, he was very hard working and did a wonderful job. Greg worked hard in our tiny crawl space, and even got down and dirty. Roto-Rooter saved the day. We are living through one of the worst weeks of our life. My son and my 10 year old grandson’s house burned to the ground three days ago. They lost everything even all of their beloved pets. The past few days I have been working like crazy trying to get a place in my house prepared for them to live. To top everything off my hot water heater decides to completely go out. My poor distraught son’s first shower had to be a cold one. First thing Monday morning I woke up and was trying to find someone to come out and fix or replace this water heater. The first company that I called wouldn’t be able to get it fixed for three days. The second company I called three different times over an hour and a half and left messages and never got to speak to anyone nor got a call back. I cannot let my family take any more cold showers. I searched Google for a company near me that fixes or replaces hot water heaters and surprisingly Roto-Rooter popped up. I had no idea they fixed things like that. I am so glad I called because they said they would send somebody over right away and they did. A very nice technician showed up to service it. I told him just to replace the whole thing because I don’t want to deal with any more issues. We have been through enough. Within two hours they sent over the nicest technician his name was Will. He brought me a new gas water heater and installed it professionally, and never complained once about the tight limited space they had my previous water heater shoved into. Not only did Will do an amazing job installing it, but he was so empathetic and considerate and kind. I was so excited to have hot water again. Will definitely saved the day. Although he had so much to do his compassion for my family was above and beyond, and I am thankful that Roto-Rooter sent him. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter to everyone and I will definitely use them again for all my needs.
