John, Tony, Brian and Angela were awesome to work with. Our house was hit by the Memorial Day tornado. They have done an awesome job of restoring, keeping our property safe until we were ready for it. They have always been available to answer questions or address concerns.

Recently we hired ServiceMaster for a post construction clean, prior to painting. Removal of dust from walls, floors, HVAC ducts and unit, clean windows. Very disappointed in services performed. Approximately a 2200' house. By their advertisement, I assumed professional cleaning equipment and "technicians" would be used. They showed up in a van and separate car. Not sure what was used for water, if any, as water has not been hook up yet. A house hold sweeper, which broke down by noon, a bag of microfiber towels,1 HEP vac that supposedly eliminated the dust from the air. Not a problem, as the did not create dust by cleaning as they did not clean. 5 "technicians" using that term loosely.1 of the 5 actually worked. ServiceMaster hired a 3rd party contractor to clean our duct work, HVAC, and vents-they were not touched. I expressed my disappointment to the manager and she sent another tech out the following Monday. That technician, again, did the best she could with a house hold sweeper and microfiber towels. Note the few photos attached, as to what I found during my personal 10 hour clean following ServiceMaster. Drywall in the wall vents, hole in the wall from ladder while cleaning windows, drywall vacuumed using a professional shop vac vs. household sweeper. Pictures speak a thousand words. After sending personal pictures to the manager and addressing the disappointment again, she offered to send the 3rd party vent cleaners out after we connect HVAC, no mention of reimbursement for my time or the repair to the drywall. Very displeased, would NEVER recommend! VERY POOR VALUE.

I was in Beavercreek on 10-14-24 at about 1130 AM and 1 of their service trucks was driving ahead of me, NB on Fairfield into the Lowes parking lot. Driver was driving erratically with jerky, quick lane changes and never one used his blinker. Dangerous driver, watch out for their vehicles.

It started with a clogged condensation pipe upstairs & ended with a transformed interior including new drywall, ceiling, paint and floor tile throughout the first floor. ServiceMaster by Angler handled it ALL. Professional in all aspects, Tony & Brian and their team kept us in the loop from Day 1 as to what to expect. Quality work with a quality attitude. If the proverbial "crap hits the fan" ever again - I won't hesitate on choosing them to fix it.

Mark, Zach, and the rest of the team were great to work with. Our pipe busted in the evening around 7:15 and they were in our house by 9:00 with fans and tearing out carpet and drywall that was damaged. Within 3 days, the basement was completely dry and fans were removed. The ServiceMaster team stopped by daily to check on moisture in order to avoid mold and mildew. We had a puff out from our unvented propane gas fireplace on our bottom floor. Our house is 4200 sq ft, and the soot covered every inch of the walls, ceilings, carpeting, appliances, etc. I have never heard of this problem before, but we were very pleased with the quality, professionalism, responsiveness of all the crew members! It has taken 4 months, and we stayed in the house while renovations were being done. So, we witnessed first hand what Service/Master by Angler is all about! All of the management teams and crew members took care of all the details for us. Not a problem with communication or in scheduling appointments for the different crew members! They were very courteous....hard working...very professional, including the sub contractors that were called to do certain jobs. Our house is like a masterpiece now...couldn't be more satisfied and proud of their work. We have no complaints with your company. I would recommend them to my family and friends.
