Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I want to express how professional and thoughtful Robert and Jo were from Roto Rotor while taking care of our plumbing needs. Roto Rotor and all their people deserve a five star rating for helping us in our unexpected and immediate housing repairs.

Spencer came out to our home late at night with a smile on his face and a kind demeanor. He was very knowledgeable and fair, while being mindful of his wet shoes and made every effort to keep my home clean. He was able to work quickly and fix my problem with ease. Spencer handled my nosey kiddos with grace and patience. I was impressed with his efficient efforts and the insight he offered on what might have caused the clog. I had an emergency situation with my hot water heater today. RotoRooter sent out one of their best, Paul. He quickly assessed the situation and had a fix for me the same day. Paul communicated with me every step of the way and explained things clearly and thoroughly. I never felt pressured into buying anything and his prices were very reasonable. Layla arrived at my residence with a positive attitude and addressed my concerns in a professional manner! My wife and I were amazed with the professionalism and customer service displayed and will always call Roto-Rooter for any Plumbing concerns. Of’course we will request Layla. Can’t go wrong with the knowledge displayed by Layla. The repairs were conducted and completed same day.

Sometime on Wednesday, our sump pump failed due to the high water volume from the rains this Tuesday evening. Water came out of the sump and on the floor and ended up about 2 inches all over. We discovered the the failure / water about 9:30 pm on Wednesday evening. We called Roto Router. We had 2 Techs at the house in less than an hour with a replacement pump. Also Roto Rooter had a Water restoration Supervisor stop in to make sure we were OK. Since we had about 2 inches all over the basement the drywall had started to wick the water into the drywall. Roto Rooter had a specialized crew at the house Thursday am to start the clean-up. By 3 pm they had all the water out and the baseboards removed and fans and drywall dryers installed. Later Thursday morning, we had 3 Roto Rooter local Execs stop by to do a random site visit quality review. I was blown away at the professionalism and the caring nature displayed by those folks for our situation. I gotta tell you, Roto Rooter was impressive, fast response, excellent Techs and sincere Executives that care about quality and customer satisfaction. For all my plumbing needs in the future I will only use Roto Rooter. They are awesome. Many thanks and kudos to Manny, Aaron, Josh, Jacob and the entire team!

Spencer was absolutely fantastic, especially given our service call was during a very busy Black Friday. He explained everything he was doing and was very thoughtful and considerate, as we had a big family gathering happening at the same time as he cleaned out our main sewer line.

Our pilot light went out on our water heater and we couldn't light it. It's never gone out in the 2 and 1/2 years we've lived here so we had no idea how to do it correctly. It's an automatic pilot light. Damien was down there for a while and got it lit finally. We really appreciated his help.
