Tom did a fantastic job with our water softener installation. We did not have a soft water loop but thanks to Tom’s knowledge and skills he was able to quickly draw a plan to complete. I called five companies for a water heater installation quote and not only was Tom from Canyon Plumbing the most cost effective it was also given to me up front and with integrity. The other companies tried to knock off from their original quote when I said I had a cheaper, more honest offer. That tells me they were not being up front in the first place. Tom instills trust and was over 500 dollars cheaper than his competitors and even told me how to get up to code since I plan on selling soon. I appreciated his small business personal customer service and will call him for all my plumbing needs. You should too!
