The same day I called the problem was fixed within an hour after the service man showed up I wish I knew his name I would put his name on here but I appreciate the hospitality and the concern that was shown to me being a senior citizen and the price was affordable

615 Plumbing was amazing! We had a leak coming from a second story bathroom through the 1st floor ceiling. We couldn't determine the source of the leak. We called 615 Plumbing around 11:30 am and were advised the technician would arrive by 4. He ended up arriving about 12:45. Max, the technician was able to quickly identify the source of the leak, which was within the wall. He removed a small piece of drywall and fixed the problem quickly. Max was professional, courteous, didn't make a mess, and fixed what I thought was going to be a huge issue, timely and at a very reasonable price. Thank you Max and 615 Plumbing. I couldn't recommend them more.

Max had good communication instincts and manners. He always called ahead, door knocked on arrival to discuss the day's work, brings the owner into key discoveries or decisions to be made. His solution approach to diagnosing, then designing and installing a new 65 ft of sewer line to replace the circa 1940s collapsed line was always shared aloud, thought of the homeowners wallet and near/long term life spans if the new system. He and his team member worked hard to get the job done in a day, gven the occupants were without water / sewage until the new line in place. Max came back to further clean up, grade the site, and verify our fence was replaced correctly. He shared images of the work done for our homeowner file. Personable, high integrity and technical knowledge.

Used 615 plumbing back in July to fix a leak in the faucet in my bathroom. This is partially my fault for signing the papers before asking for a breakdown, but after the technician left to get the part, I couldn’t help but feel that the price given to me was very high for a simple faucet leak fix. (Over $600) I called a couple of friends/ family members who are in the business to ask if this was a standard price for this job and they each told me what I was being charged was unreasonable. When the technician returned, I asked to see a breakdown of what exactly I’m being charged for and he said they didn’t have one. It’s just one standard price per job. I think that’s entirely unethical and unfair to the customer to not even have transparency on what everything costs and what I’m actually paying for. I told the guy that was there that I had asked around and that price was really high, so he called his manager to see if they could lower the price for me and from my understanding, the manager basically said because I already signed the papers he wouldn’t lower it. My options were to pay them $250 for him to put the broken prices back onto my faucet without fixing the leak or pay the full amount to actually get it fixed. I am a young, single, first time home owner and I feel like I got taken advantage of big time. I went with this company because they had mostly positive reviews but maybe things have changed since those were posted. I want to emphasize that the technician himself, Max, was great. Friendly, professional and clearly felt really bad about the situation. I know it’s not his fault and that he doesn’t make the prices or make the call on lowering it when they are called out for gouging people, so I don’t fault him at all. But it definitely sucked to be taken advantage of.

I would like to thank Tyler and James for their superb professionalism, friendly, very polite, excellent job troubleshooting and repairing the gas pipes in record time. I appreciate the hard work in 90+ degree weather. Most of all I appreciate their thoughtfulness and respect to leave their work areas tidy and clean. 615 Plumbing was fantastic! They got us a same-day appointment and even worked around my tight schedule. Our technician, Drake, was so kind and helpful. Thankfully, it turned out we didn’t have a plumbing problem, but I’ll definitely make them my first call if we ever do.
