Two weeks ago today a technician came to check on a leaky tub faucet. After a very quick look, he said he would "have to discuss it with his boss" as it wasn’t a simple fix. I waited for several days to hear back, finally called the office. They promised to check on it and call me back. Never did. I called a second time several days later. That person couldn’t find that anything had been done or ordered. She finally had the tech call me. He said they would need to replace tub/shower faucets. $600 estimate, with MY supplying the new faucets. NOPE. They obviously didn’t want my business, based on the lack of timely response.

I live in the house that is 73 years old, I need it all the water lines replaced up underneath my house to the meter. I absolutely recommend Mortion plumbing! The staff was absolutely professional! The job was done correctly with Mr Morton overseeing the process! Absolutely happy with this company and their work ethic. I would highly recommend them!

I needed to get my entire house re-piped and got several estimates. I was leaning towards Morton because of a friend's recommendation, and after meeting with Mr. Jimmy Morton, I was sold. This company is very well run, professional, and reliable. Cody, Ricky, and Josh were my team, and they were fantastic! Very friendly and considerate, and they did an excellent job. It took several days, and they always cleaned up before leaving for the day. Mr. Morton even came by as well to oversee the work. They really went above and beyond- I am so happy with the work they did and would highly recommend them!

EXTREMELY overpriced. I asked a week prior to service what to expect for a leaky faucet and a clog (same sink) and was told "we are not able to quote anything." Fast forward to day of service, for less than 2 hours of work, a $435 invoice. Four hundred dollars to repair bathroom sink plumbing?? Home septic tanks are flushed for that price! I'm not a plumber, but as a consumer, I certainly know when prices are deceitful. This was a $200 job MAX. The price for each service completed was not specified, just scribbled with a $435 total. I feel scammed and would not recommend this company to anyone. This was a learning experience for me to always get multiple quotes. EDIT 11/8/25: Not them replying to my review after a year ‍♀️ You've got the wrong invoice buddy. It was a singular bathroom sink repair that was overpriced for the minimal amount of work and no new installations. One year later, still avoid this place.

After my first remodel experience I've noticed there are two types of contractors. Ones that make their money by sending whoever to get it done as quick as possible and ones that actually send the right people and do a good job and make their money from repeat customers. Morton plumbing is definitely the second type. They listened to everything I said, gave good advice, and didn't push back the way some of my other contractors would when I requested something be done a specific way. They gave extra care and attention at every stage of my remodel and handled the whole permit process well unlike my electric company. The only negative thing to say is that they had to cancel once because somebody was sick but that's just because 1 they are a small company, and 2 because they really do try to send whoever will be the best for your particular project. Plenty of the other companies I worked with would just change plans and send some random worker who has no clue what is going on but Morton never did that to me. Also they offered a much lower price for the whole remodel than the other companies I got quotes from. Will definitely be using them again for any of my plumbing needs.

Highly recommend Morton Plumbing. All the accolades they received are earned and accurate. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone if you want a company that’s not only competent but have heart.

I love Morton Plumbing! They do excellent work! I say this because they care about the quality of their work and THEY STAND BEHIND IT, 100%! It's family owned and run. I adore Josh, a son, and today I had Duane and Cody, and feel the same way about them. I had a ? for Jimmy Morton the owner, and he promised to return my call and did this evening, during his family time I'm sure. I feel blessed to have a plumbing company which I can trust to be there, to be honest, to be fair, and to be respectful. That is real value!
