My Plumber did an amazing job with my home water heater and furnace replacement at a really reasonable price. I greatly appreciate Travis' honesty, his team professionalism, work efficiency with perfection. I am glad I found My Plumber and will definitely return for future work. I highly recommend it!

We needed to run a gas line along a wall and through several cabinets from a shut off valve about 16 feet away to behind a new gas oven range that we had purchased and were concerned that this would cause problems with our other appliances not being able to fit under the cabinets. Travis came by on the same day we called for an estimate and explained thoroughly how this could be done, and his team completed the job the very next day very professionally and quickly, and at a very reasonable price, compared to several other estimates we had gotten. What I appreciated the most was that throughout, Travis and his team cheerfully did the little extra things to add to the quality of the job and keep us happy. Travis and Jack came by again after the work had been completed to follow up and make sure everything was ok. I consider Travis to be my plumber for life and will wholeheartedly endorse him to anyone that I know who needs a plumber. Can't thank him enough for the extra effort and expediency that he and his team provided.

"My Plumber" provided an exceptional service. We had a leak in our water line from the main to our house and we didn’t know what the best course of action would be to get it repaired. They sent a plumber, Jack, out to us quickly and he was able to help point us in the right direction of the leak. We were on a budget and he gave us a quote for what it would be if we hired them to do the total job, or what it would be if we did the digging, demo, backfill ourselves. It was great to have these options presented to us. We chose to do the digging and Jack offered possible solutions to the repair depending on what we discovered when we unearthed the water line. Jack explained our options thoroughly in a way my wife and I could understand and used high quality products in the repair. I feel confident we will be set for many years to come now thanks to his skill and expertise. Would highly recommend.

I bought the disposal before their arrival. However, was changed $150.00 for customer customer-supplied disposal. I spoke with Charles at the office and explained how it was listed on the invoice and that I also paid $250.00 fir new tubular drains with air gap plus Albu tax of $30.52 even though the service was in rio rancho. I was not satisfied with his response on what and how i was charged. The installer was still wonderful. Eddie was very professional, neat, clean. The disposal works great that I bought.

My Plumber LLC turned what could have been a very stressful situation, into a demonstration of what really good customer service looks like. Eddie fixed an upstairs leaking shower that was causing water damage downstairs. He even gave us some good advice on how to watch for other plumbing issues, and provided a recommendation for a contractor who can fix the downstairs ceiling. We've never needed major plumbing services before, but My Plumber LLC will be our service provider for all plumbing needs going forward. Knowledgeable, friendly, and reasonably priced. We're very pleased!
