Our technician, Rak, was absolutely phenomenal. Not only did he fix our HVAC unit in a timely manner, but he took the time to answer my questions, explain best practice for maintenance, and shower me proper procedure to give out unit the best chance at longevity. He was incredibly respectful and polite as well, and our experience with him and Cool Care was more than excellent!

The service was professional, but the pricing was anything but honest. Cool Care Heating & Air sent a knowledgeable technician, and communication during the visit was clear, but the pricing and justification behind it were not. I was charged over $670 to replace a part that was covered under the 10-year warranty. The part itself was worth less than $15, and the trip charge was $150. There’s no way to justify the final bill based on the actual work done. It was a quick, routine replacement; no diagnostics, no special tools, no complications. While they present well and their techs do solid work, their pricing practices are not transparent. You’re left paying premium rates without a breakdown that makes any sense. If you're considering them, be warned: you’ll get professionalism in appearance, but not in billing.

I had a great experience with cool care, The girl in the office Gina was so sweet and helpful in setting up my appointment and worked around my hectic schedule. And my technician Matt was very helpful and friendly and answered all the questions that I had about what he was doing. I may get a surge protector for the house in the future. Also I love the dog photos great advertising

I used to highly recommend Cool Care. Not any more. I would not use them. They have changed drastically. Poor management, poor technician training and dishonesty, with management covering for technician mistakes. After they made several mistakes on a simple maintenance job at my residence, they had to return several times. Each time they screwed something else up. 1) Original quote was about $1000 off of actual repair done 3 weeks later. I was told I had a big leak, then someone else told me I had no leak. 2) First technician left with only 1 of 2 units working. Another tech returned, spent an hour to get 2nd unit working and left with no explanation. 3) Another technician left outside unit partly disassembled and the wiring exposed. 4) We found extra parts by outside unit after they left. Parts not related to simple capacitor replacement. 5) 1st tech did not spray and clean outside units, third tech saw this and agreed fully and cleaned them for me. Later I told a "manager" on the phone who insisted I was wrong and that what I saw and experienced did not happen. He proceeded to argue with me about what I saw. Really? 6) I have asked three different times to speak with an owner, only to have the front desk person pause, then ignore the question completely and send me to a "manager". I am a former corporate business manager and current 30 year local business owner/manager myself, and am simply stunned by this unprofessional behavior. I am having to hire another company to come and inspect everything to make sure CC did not screw something else up I am unaware of.

I had a great experience when my HVAC was fixed. Roc was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He certainly puts customer service first. He was professional and polite while representing your company by providing A1 service to us. I give you a 5 star rating because of his work and will recommend your business to friends and family. It was great doing business with Cool Care.

Great experience with AC repair. Recommended by a friend, I was able to schedule same day service. Clay was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and transparent. Would absolutely recommend, and will request for any future cooling/heating/plumbing needs.
