Austin Murray and his crew worked tirelessly all day for over 12 hours putting in the extra effort to complete the job before they left for the day. I found him to be very skilled and knowledgeable about the project, He provided us updates on the project any issues with status of the ongoing service. Was very friendly and cordial, and explained everything in detailed to us. His efforts didn’t go unnoticed, especially during the rain and change in cold weather always had a positive attitude and completed the job before he left for the day. I must say, as a business owner and Construction worker, All Masters Plumbing is Top Notch. I hired them as my plumbers to do a complete home plumbing and gas line rework installation on a 1950’s home in Irving. The task was mighty, and a couple other plumbers turned down the job due to the size of it. After about one month work from October through November, these guys got the entire job completed with a responding Pass from the city inspector. A couple minor issues came up throughout the job, and a single correction was made after a simple phone call. My messages were answered in a timely manner, and I was even able to leave town for a whole two weeks while the guys kept working. I trusted them because they were professional, dependable, reliable, and punctual. Special thanks to Thomas Sherrod the head tech, and to the hard working Team of Latinos who dug holes and installed everything to satisfaction. Had an appointment window of Friday 12-4PM. Text notified Thomas was on the way at 4:28PM. Didn't arrive till 5:26PM. We agreed that the job would be to fix a separation in a pipe by replacing it from the ac to the floor drain and to repair the drywall upstairs. It was explained to me that someone will come fix the pipe and then the drywall repair people will come in after to fix it the next day. I paid half of the $3431 upfront. The wrong pipe was initially cut but then fixed. No one came out the next day or called to schedule the drywall repair. The original repairmen screwed the original wall back in with a chunk missing. I received a bill for the full balance 8 days later. I had to tell them I already paid 1715.50 and that I also did not receive the dry wall repair. I wasn't given a copy of the itemized bill and the invoice online wasn't itemized either; I had to go based off my memory of the quote 12 days ago. They apologized for "miscommunication" but the real problem is what all masters tried to pass off as a $852 drywall repair. They took the charge off when I asked because I decided not to go through with the repair.

On Monday November 11th I called All Masters regarding an issue with my toilet. I was able to get a same day, afternoon appointment. Douglass Wolfe and his supervisor Thomas were able to assist me. Douglass first tired to "snake" the drain. Unfortunately, there were a lot of roots in the pipe. He recommended a hydro jet flush. He assured me this was safe for our cast-iron pipes. The process was quick and solved the issue with our toilet. Douglass was very pleasant, explained the process and even wore booties over his shoes to keep our floors clean. I appreciate the extra attention to details. Thomas then came out to run a camera down the pipe to assure the clean out. He also emailed us the video and a quote to repair our cast-iron pipes in the future. I spoke with the GM this morning. I'm happy to hear they are so focused on customer service and providing an efficient and professional experience for their customers.

I had a clogged sink issue and was really impressed with the service. Ladarren was very friendly, honest, and clearly knew what he was doing. He quickly identified the problem, explained everything to me in detail, and even gave tips on how to prevent it in the future. I truly appreciate his professionalism and would definitely recommend him to my friends. Great service all around!

In addendum to my previous review (see below), All Master's Plumbing company continues to amaze me. The workers are polite and courteous. They have gone the extra mile to help my 90 year old mother with her all plumbing issues. Every service technician that has come yo her house in the past 7 days, due to her home's extensive needs, have shown nothing but care, concern, and expertise in their field. It is because of this care and attention personal attention that I want to give high kudos to All Master's Plumbing. I highly recommend this company. Should I ever move to Texas, They would definitely be my go-to plumbers! All Masters Plumbing did an excellent job in attending to my 90 year old mother's plumbing issues. Josh was amazing! He was thorough, patient, gave us all options available for her situation. He is an efficient worker, and extremely polite! Josh is an asset to the company. He represented All Masters Plumbing wonderfully. In return, I would highly recommend all Masters Plumbing based on Josh's efficiency, courtesy, as well the the company's prices. We were attended within the time frame of which were scheduled.
