Colin came out to repair my radiators from 1948 and was amazing! He got two working immediately and diagnosed the third quickly. He was super kind and helpful! While I hope Prime doesn’t have to come back after these repairs, I’ll definitely request Colin if I need to.

This company is amazing and Colin was a lifesaver! We called with a heating issue. Their scheduling team got us in the books the next morning! Then, when Colin arrived, he fixed the heater in less than 5 minutes and only charged a diagnostic fee! Our house is warm again and our wallets aren't robbed. Highly recommend!

We were having new flooring installed and needed to have a plumber remove the toilet and then replace it after the flooring got installed. We called Prime Plumbing and Heating because of the quality reviews on Goggle and were delighted that Megan was able to get us an appointment the next day. Trevor came out, discussed the job, gave us a reasonable quote and got to work. Travor was a lifesaver. As usual with plumbing, we ran into a problem because the toilet water valve wouldn't shut off. Trevor immediately said he had a new quarter turn valve in his truck and could fix that for us, which he did. The whole time, Trevor was a very pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable, and very skilled. He completely explained what he was doing, removed the toilet, cleaned up and said to call back when the flooring got installed. We called back the next day and Ashley was able to get us an appointment with Trevor the following morning. Once again, Trevor showed up on time, was very cheerful, had all the necessary tools and parts to reinstall our toilet and completed the job quickly, efficiently and to our complete satisfaction. Trevor is a superb plumber and a great guy. We are very happy with the service he and everyone at Prime Plumbing & Heating provided and would call them again for our next plumbing need.

Sam was honest and very informative on our plumbing issue needs. Reasonable pricing and he did amazing work that only took a few hours. And getting the membership was a great option to add. Highly recommending Prime and especially Sam to all my friends and family!
