Raleigh Plumbing did an excellent job recommending the right solution for replacement of a 25 year old 50 gallon water heater. We considered a tankless but after weighing the pros and cons of a tank versus tankless, we both agreed that a tank water heater was the correct choice. Raleigh Plumbing only installs the commercial grade tank water heater as the consumer grade does not last. We have had lots of hot water and much hotter than the previous tank to where we have it on the lowest setting on the commercial grade Pro-line. I was very happy with the experience and would recommend Raleigh Plumbing.

The entire team did a great job, from the initial communication to the service tech. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job with the toilet repairs. They showed up when they were supposed to. Would recommend.

By far the best experience that I have ever had with a vendor. They knew what I needed just from a photo. They provided the vendor for me to get the equipment from and promptly scheduled an appointment soon as the stuff came in. The guy was courteous knowledgeable, and efficient.
