Walter Dobucki, the service manager, has excellent customer service and knowledge he’s very professional and make sure that the customer is taken care of. Walter did some work for me at 9:30 PM to make sure that we were taken care of and I appreciate his concern to get the job done. Thank you again for outstanding customer service. I have used Newcomb for years for both plumbing and HVAC and will continue. Great company, great employees.

Newcomb installed a new water line at my home this past week. Wanted to let everyone know the crew was AMAZING.. Special thanks to Brian, Moe and Jonathan. They worked so hard in this weather and were nothing but courteous, respectful and professional. Great job and great work ethic.. these guys are keepers!!! Walter was great to work with as well, scheduled everything timely and worked through some unforeseen issues without delay. Thank you all for your help!!!

I had scheduled replacement of my home’s shower hardware 1297 Ronald Tharrington. In speaking with Walter Dobuki, He not only was able to get me scheduled, he came out with Jonathan Gaydos and they started the change immediately. Jonathan completed the work expertly and did so within a reasonable time and walked me through what was completed. Newcomb and Company are my go to plumbing guys. Since I am a real estate broker, you can expect referrals from me and praise on social media for sure.

I needed to replace my HVAC unit and have had excellent references for Newcomb and Company. I have to give a shout out to Walter Dobucki and his team for their excellent professionalism throughout the time they were replacing my unit. They cleaned up and removed my old system, respectful of my property. Walter explained the HVAC unit and what to expect, tested the Heat to clear it for the season change coming up, and he made me feel very comfortable, always keeping me informed. BUYER BEWARE!!! I recently purchased a maintenance plan that included two cleanings and filter replacements per year for $850. After receiving the first cleaning, the company informed me that most of my filters would cost an additional $530 because they claim those filters are not included in the plan. I wish they had been upfront from the beginning so I could have budgeted for the extra cost. Now I need to cancel my plan because I hate hidden fees. BAD BUSINESS.

After 2 canceled appointments (they forgot to schedule us) they finally came to fix our showers. The workers were nice but $3700 later, my shower still isn’t fixed. We were also promised a discount for the cancelled appointments and didn’t get one. Update 9/1: my shower is leaking AGAIN and they will definitely be coming to fix it free of charge because they’re not getting another dime from me!!

I had a list of four hvac/plumbing companies to call for quotes today and the first co I called the woman answering was too bothered, the other two companies didn't answer for different reasons but gave newcomb & co a try and Ashley picked up. She was super personable, very pleasant and most importantly, helpful!! I booked an appointment for Monday and at this point, I'm willing to pay whatever it cost for the maintenance servicing because I trust it's quality, based soley off of the customer service Ashley provided!!
