Awesome HVAC and plumbing company! If you are looking for an HVAC company in Chesapeake or plumbing company in Chesapeake, I would give them a call! Fairly priced for both AC unit installation and water heater installation, and great customer service! Highly recommend.

I recently called out the HCC out to my house to fix a broken garbage disposal. They told me it was completely broken and gave me a $1200-1400 estimated quote to replace it. Because that price was more than double what an internet search said the average garbage disposal should cost, I got a second opinion. The person who came for the second opinion flipped the power switch once, said "I know what this is" and fixed it in 30 seconds. Moreover, he showed me how to fix it myself and left a tool for me to use if it happened again. I have to wonder if I got the inflated estimate because I was a single woman who presumably wouldn’t know much about garbage disposals. To get a $1200 quote for something so easy to fix is at best incompetent and at worst actively deceptive. I sent the HCC an email asking about it, and instead of a response they sent me an invoice for the service call. I’m pretty offended they want me to pay $89 for someone to try and cheat me.

The techs (Nick, and then Joey) were professional, kind, and explained everything that my system needed. Everything was done so much quicker than I expected, and done well. I've been using house call company for 10+ years, and they've always exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend.

Greg and Joey are excellent electricians. They are pleasant, professional, and prompt. Special kudos to Greg for his analytical skill as a master electrician, providing 3 different options to solve our problem. Good job, But House Call Company is very expensive.
