Outstanding service, amazing prices!! Jake did our quotes and was on top of the follow up to get the service set up, Erica assisted with the financing and the crew was phenomenal! Adam and Tony were knowledgeable, efficient and respectful of both our time and our home. They stayed until the work was complete and done right, cleaned up and removed the mess, leaving our home clean and cooled! They are even returning next week to ensure that all components of our new HVAC system are working properly. Top notch service - highly recommend On Services for both HVAC and plumbing!!

I'm sad to write this review. We had an appointment today from 2pm-4pm. My wife moved clients so she could be home. No one showed or called so I called at 4:31pm and was told he was still coming and would be here maybe by 6pm. I asked the operator (i won't use her name) why we weren't called and she said she had a co-worker out and was handling a lot and did seem somewhat apologetic for not calling. I understand a busy office. After talking with my wife I called back to cancel as we couldn't be home at 6pm. When asked to reschedule I said, "i want to but we can't loose more work as today cost us money to be home." Then there was some attitude in the response, almost a chuckle, then I hung up. I'm giving 3 starts because the times we used them in the past the work was done well and the guys were kind. We were recommended to this company by a friend who is related to a past owner but unfortunately, we'll have to find a new company. I don't tend to leave reviews, but felt it might cause them to pause and consider working on part of the customer service experience, not in the field but on the phone.

I couldn't be happier with ON Services. Sydney "Sid" and Ephraim were very respectful and kept me informed of the process along the way. Other companies were telling me I would need to wait 1-2 days to have someone out to "quote". ON Services had a tech at my home within 2 hours. Fast and Reliable.

The plumbing team of Glen and Miguel were outstanding. Two of the best service providers we have ever used in over 36 years of owning our home in Moon Valley. The job was very involved and required approximately seven hours of labor. Glen and Miguel were patient, professional and stayed until the job was completed and our water could be turned back on. We cannot compliment each of them enough. Highly recommend.

I came home one afternoon to a flooded kitchen. I was told On Services was performing plumbing work on the unit next door, which caused a back up into our unit. No biggie, I get it happens in apartments and hotels. I was told the plumber would stop by after his project next door to clean it up. 2 hours go by, and the plumber left. The office had to call them back to have another person come clean up after him. The first person showed back up to assist with the unit next door. The second person that showed up assured me the first guy would clean it up. He lightly sucked up water off the floor, said he would be right back to finish up, and then left. Again. Leaving his mess behind. Again. The entire process lasted 7 hours, with little to no communication. Steer clear. Its either a lack of customer service training, or lazy, dishonest employees. My money is on the first option.

Victor came out to assess my water heater issue. By the end of the next day, we had a new water heater and expansion tank installed perfectly and reasonably priced. He also made sure our connections and valves were replaced with high quality fittings reducing risk of leaking and making it easy to facilitate annual maintenance, etc. ON Services will be my first call when I need plumbing services.

Water heater broke at 12:00 pm on the Friday before Labor Day weekend. They were able to get Jerry out between 2 and 4 pm that day! Jerry was on time, very nice and educational. He explained what had happened and how he was going to replace the water heater. Then, once it was replaced, showed me how to light the pilot light and how to take care of the water heater. Best service technician!! Thank you and thanks to Jerry!
