Today Robert (tech 493) from Roto Rooter came. He was professional, on time, and quickly fixed the issue without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. The work was neat, the price, and he explained everything clearly. I’ll definitely call him again for any future plumbing needs!

Terrible coordination. Offered immediate service within 2 hours and 4 hrs later I’m still waiting. Cancelled all my plans and still don’t have a reliable time of arrival. If they arrive and provide a great service I’ll update my review. For now, I would not recommend, unless you have all day to wait for them.

Luis provided excellent service when he came out to snake my pipes. He was thorough, efficient, and took the time to ensure the entire system was running smoothly before leaving.
