James & his son Brett did a fantastic job on our shower/bathtub combo replacement. They were both so, so kind and did a wonderful job! Thank you to Luis for sending us examples on showers that were in our budget and helping us narrow down a solid product so quickly. Their office staff was also very kind and helpful. Biard & Crockett worked so well with our budget and even picked up the shower from Home Depot for us. We will be using Biard & Crockett from now on for all of our plumbing needs. Their original install of my custom Bradford White lasted 11 years before it started leaking and they just replaced it with a tankless Noritz EZ111DV, install looks professional and looking forward to seeing how this unit runs.

Well, I didn’t get my problem fixed, but I appreciated the free estimate and honest assessment. I had Max come over to the house to check out my AC system. Turns out there was nothing wrong with it! He cleaned the coils complementary the inspection was only $39 totally worth it check my capacitor and even went up into the attic and checked out my heater everything‘s good. I would recommend Beard and Crockett and ask for Max when you call! Super cool dude… I’m also having them come over to fix my water heater tomorrow hopefully that will go just as smooth…

Excellent service from a great company! Trevor was very professional and did a great job repairing a cracked PVC section of water pipe that was leaking. He replaced it with a copper pipe assembly that looks way better and should last. Kudos to Trevor! Very happy I called them!
