Our experience with Orange Coast plumbing was great. We were able to get an appointment right away. Our tech - Nolan Rodriguez- did a great job. He was able to reset and seal our toilet. He explained the work he did and answers any questions we had. We would definitely use this company again in the future.

Nolan visited our home assessed the issue we were having with our water heater and provided us with a detailed explanation and estimate of the work that was needed to correct the issue. We agreed to have him replace the water heater and Nolan replaced it in a reasonable short time with no problems. Nolan was very professional and did a great job.

David, Tom, and Danny were all very friendly and personable, gave expert advice for our DIY job, and helped us cross the finish line in a few different ways. Cost was reasonable and service was fast. Orange Coast Plumbing was able to come out the same day I called. They called and updated me about the tech coming a little after our scheduled window. The tech text me when he was on his way. Our tech, Nolan Rodriguez, was very professional. He was able to repair our toilet that had become loose. He was able to reset and seal the toilet. He updated us during the process and fully explained the job after it was complete. He answered the questions we had. The company followed up with me the next day to make sure our job was completed and we were happy with the service. We will definitely use Orange Coast Plumbing in the future.

Nolan from Or Coast Plumbing is the technician to ask for. Nolan is professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and really knows his business. He goes after each problem and thoroughly analyzes everything before he makes his recommendations. He is open to suggestions or other thoughts regarding the best way to correct the problem. In the end, he fixes the problem, quickly, with precision, and leaves us with confidence that the problem has been taken care of. Please request Nolan when you call. He really is the very BEST.
