Martin Plumbing was hired by my GC for a tub installation in my condo a few years back and he was great so when I bought an old house with a long list of plumbing issues I naturally called Marty. Marty always explains all the work that needs to be done and if there are options he will give me all of them to choose from. He is very patient with all my explanations and questions. But most of all he is very knowledgable and very experienced. He had a strong work ethic and his team is equally talented and reliable. Marty and his crew completed a complex job with ease at my home. Over two days, they quickly, cleanly and expertly installed a water filtration system and tankless water heater. Marty was reasonable at every step and was flexible to research and accept an unfamiliar water filtration brand of my preference. In the first site visit, he showed great enthusiasm for the work he does and clearly knew the chemistry of water and the positive impact of the systems we purchased. Marty is THE BEST! I bought a condo and the inspection came back that the dishwasher was not hooked up right. A friend referred me to Marty so I gave him a call. It was OBVIOUS he cared more about the customer than the money because he told me he would walk me through how to fix it (he said it was a very easy fix) instead of me having to pay someone come out. There is no better customer service than that in my book! The dishwasher works perfectly now! Marty knows what he's doing when it comes to plumbing and isn't going to rip you off.
