We purchased our home from DH Horton and these are the people they contracted. Pure GARBAGE, literally. This is a new construction home and they did the plumbing for all units, we have been having issues with our plumbing and we just moved in yesterday, 3/3. We have SEWAGE backed up into our shower and we tried contacting these people several times to no avail. Our builder contacted several times as we are under warranty and they only spoke to our builder after several attempts on their part. They couldn’t give them a straight answer and when I decided to call myself the woman on the other end HUNG UP ON ME. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, go elsewhere. Edited: we also now have water damage on our ceiling because our master bath is now leaking as well.
They were contracted by lennar for new construction. We’ve now been living in our "new" home for several years and we continue to have issues with our plumbing. They do not respond Lennar blames them they blame Lennar and we still have all sorts of plumbing issues.
You would be better off hiring one of those guys in front of home depot that specialize in drywall to do your plumbing before you hire these people. Terrible service. Worst yet, they use substandard cheap parts; probably, so they can ensure they get recurring service from you. Seriously. Hire someone, anyone else.
