We have a dual flush toilet for water saving purposes that began having problems filling the tank. We scheduled an appointment for the day after I called. The technician William called in advance of arrival, gave us a couple of options that were fairly priced and then did the repair quickly. We are 100% satisfied with the entire process and repair.

I recently had a major water leak in my front yard, and I’m extremely impressed with the work done by William and Joe from Overflow Service. Their diagnostic skills were top-notch—they quickly identified the root cause of the issue and presented me with a clear plan of action. Their estimations were spot on, and the quality of their work was outstanding. They dug and fixed the leak at the exact right spot, and everything was done professionally and efficiently. The plumber I used for many years retired and recommended Overflow Plumbing. I gave them a call because I had a leaky outside faucet. The morning of my appointment, William called to let me know he was 30 minutes away. William was courteous and professional and got my faucet replaced in a timely manner.
