They were professional, hardworking, and truly cared about getting things done right. It’s so refreshing to work with such honest, dependable people. We had been dealing with a stubborn blockage in the tub off and on for awhile. Husband was usually able to plunge and get things back to normal, but not this morning, and our shower backed up. Called John Heffley and got put on the schedule at 8:08, they were on their way at 8:49, and had both the shower and sink cleared before 9:30. Excellent and quick service.

They installed a brand new water heater the day after the I called them to report a problem. It would have been sooner if I was available. Very quick, efficient, and polite. When I was having a problem a week later and they were happy to help me troubleshoot over text. I highly recommend!

Johnny was super helpful, kind, prompt and eased all my worries with the concerns for my pipes and my busted shower. He was very quick to respond and provided distinguished expertise on supplies and expectations. Definitely will contact him for future services!

Johnny detached our water heater, washing machine, and a mop sink while we had a waterproofing company install a perimeter floor drain and new sump in our basement. Additionally, he snaked a troublesome floor drain which kept backing up during heavy storms and checked to see if he could divert it. He was friendly and informative when answering any questions we had. When he returned to re-attach the appliances at the end of our construction, he also investigated an incidental/ unrelated leak for us. I would reach out to him again and would highly recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

If you are in the Louisville area and have a plumbing issue, this is the company to call. I had a non-emergency issue with a cracked spigot. I called on Monday and Tim came out on Wednesday. I just thought he was going to look at the issue and schedule another day to repair it. Nope, the whole process took 25 minutes. The cost was a fraction of what other high profile plumbers would have charged just for a service call. All parts and labor are guaranteed for a year. Definitely would recommend John Heffley Plumbing.

Drew and PJ came out and changed out a spigot SUPER fast. In and out in about an hour. Fair pricing. Communication with them and office staff was great. Thanks Johnny and Team!
