Jesus was our technician who came out to help us with our leaking water heater. He arrived within 2 hours of calling and reviewed our unit from top to bottom. He went through his findings and suggested solutions. He broke down what needed replacement. He updated our whole area where the water heater sits and the all fixtures. He took some time to get it done. It looks great and I don't think we will need to worry about it for many years. He was very nice, knowledgable and patient. I would definitely recommend him.

Our water heater gave out early Saturday morning. There was water everywhere. I called Water Heater Specialists and they were here within 90 minutes on a SATURDAY at 7am.m without an appointment. The technician Rene was great and did a top installation and answered all our questions. Good company, good people with good service and prices. Really happy and would recommend anyone to give them a call for water heater issues.

Thank you Ernesto from Water Heater Specialist. He is a true hero for my water heater issue. My home had a water heater leakage during the night. The next morning, I called their services. Ernesto came out within a hour. He identified the issue and educated me on his services. Unfortunately, the water heater had to be replaced due to its age. On the brightside, he was able to break down the cost of replacement and made sure my home would be receiving the best service. The whole service took 3 hours, however it felt faster than expected. Great service from start to finish from Jesus. I would definitely recommend. When we first saw a leak on our water heater, we called the number listed on the water heater and someone picked up in two second - even though it was 9pm on a Friday. The service person on the phone was calm, friendly, and helpful. A technician arrived the next afternoon (Jesus). He was friendly, polite, professional, and efficient. He helped us figure out the best options for us, and the installation was also efficient and did not disturb us even though the water heater is in our house. Excellent experience.

When I called, someone picked up the phone right away. They are a 24 hour service and when you don’t have hot water, this means so much. Ernesto came to my home right when the scheduler told me he would show up. Ernesto was clear and informative about what he can do to help my hot water issues, and how much it would cost me. He had all the supplies needed right then and there to replace my entire water heater! Ernesto’s explanations and replacing the water heater took no longer than 2 hours which helped my busy schedule.
