United Drain Cleaning Co

So I went on Google Looking up plumbers in my Area Came Across a large company Let’s call the Dodo-Rooter booked a plumber who was very Blue in the Gills to say he was a novice is an understatement was very scared to do the job, luckily my carpenter recommended United drain 1 phone call with Sam and another with Shannon Sharp had me feeling relieved they actually had the right idea, it took Shannon about 30 minutes to fix a problem that the other guys had been working on for five hours!! I won hundred percent undoubtably trust these guys and their experience more than I would trust anyone else. Needless to say, these guys put anybody else in the dust.

I was referred to united by Mazzone plumbing for my clogged main sewer line. I had someone at my door 2 hours after I called, and the issue was fixed within an hour and a half. Friendly and knowledgeable and would recommend!

It was three days before Thanksgiving and I had a tub and a sink that wouldn’t drain properly. I called United Drain from work around 10 am - they were at my house around 3 the same day. Nate was very pleasant and obviously knowledgeable. In about an hour the job was done. The cost was very reasonable, too. Excellent company! L. Williams Northborough, MA

Absolutely outstanding! Adrian came diagnosed and fixed the problem within 2 hours on a holiday. No overtime holiday charge they are open till 11pm. A++++++++++++++++ Tough to find good quality fair priced work like them

I wanted to leave a review for this business. I called them in my search for a plumber and explained my issue. They told me exactly what I needed to do in order to not get screwed over by other plumbing companies. By following their helpful advice I was able to find someone to sort my problem without spending a ton of money I didn't have. If it wasn't for them I would have paid for a service I didn't need. They are awesome people with awesome customer service. Helping folks even when they aren't clients. Thank you again for saving us money and helping us fix our home

These guys are awesome. I called after another company left me high and dry. They came right out, not once but twice. Honest, reliable and fair rates. It was a very good experience.

I have a large pipe underneath my driveway to drain rain water. After a steady heavy rain that lasted throughout the night into the next day, the area right next to my driveway was like a small swimming pool. The drain was totally blocked and water was running over the end of my driveway that had just been redone this year. I had no idea who to call and by a stroke of luck another plumber I called highly recommended this business. The man who owns this business was so cordial......he actually was in the area and came right away. In about ten minutes he had assessed the problem and unplugged the drain......water came rushing like a small river. I would highly recommend this business!!!!!!!!!!!!! He refused my offer to pay him saying it was no big deal.....but he had the" expertise" to know exactly where the drain would be blocked and how to fix it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He definitely is a man of integrity!
