JR and Mark are everything you want in a plumber—super responsive, no-nonsense, and knowledgeable. We called them for help with a list of small issues around our new home, which they addressed quickly and at a fair price. But what earned JR a spot as our new go-to plumber was his kindness in helping us fix an after hours emergency issue we had, which we had been working with another plumber (unsuccessfully) to resolve. JR was able to help us reset a sensor on our boiler over the phone, and saved us from having to go another weekend without hot water (the other plumbers simply had no idea what they were doing, spent an hour fiddling with a bunch of wires, and told us we needed to replace an entirely different valve when a simple Google search would have told them they just needed to reset the sensor with a special sequence—which JR knew right away). We had already been without hot water for a week at this point, so when JR was able to save the day on a Friday night he became a household hero for us! He and Mark are our first calls from now on!

Jr and his crew were great. My hot water heater started leaking at 10pm. By 11am the next day he had the new one installed and hot water was back in my house. They were very professional and extremely reasonable with the cost. I highly recommend KNJ Plumbing & Heating.
