We recently had a serious sewer blockage at our home, and Denver Henley from Hansen Super Techs, along with his supervisor Grady, came out to help. Their professionalism, expertise, and courteous service were truly outstanding from start to finish. They were able to diagnose the issue and discovered that the blockage was caused by a utility company’s line that had penetrated and damaged our sewer line. Denver and Grady not only identified the root cause with precision but also explained everything clearly and guided us through the repair process step by step. They handled the repairs efficiently and kept us informed along the way, which really helped ease the stress of the situation. Thank you, Denver and Grady, for your hard work and for getting everything back in order. We truly appreciate it!

We recently had our grinder pump serviced, and the technician, Grady, did an outstanding job from start to finish. He arrived promptly, quickly assessed the issue, and clearly explained what was going on in a way that was easy to understand. His expertise really showed he worked efficiently, diagnosed the problem accurately, and made sure everything was running smoothly before he left. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he was also polite, patient, and respectful of our property. Highly recommend his services to anyone needing grinder pump repairs or maintenance!

I can not say enough good things about Hansen’s AC service. We have used them now I believe for almost 10 years between our two homes. Last year we needed a new AC, complete Duct work sealing and a Mildew Light device installed. As you can imagine it was costly but, Hansen works with Synchrony Finance and we were able to get a 36 month payment plan at 0% interest! Our Mildew Light Device has had a hard time staying completely put and Hansen every time has come out no charge to fix it and put it back in place. It’s a semi-large heavy device. We think this last time we have a pretty good fix. I so appreciate Dylan R. Coming out the next day from my call on Labor Day - again if it was emergency they said they would come out that day…but I told them ‘no later is fine.’ So, Dylan arrived before noon, assesses it, cleared away any previous work to fix it, and started from scratch and did what he felt would be the best solution. It looks so good and professional. He also said if it doesn’t do the job do not hesitate to call him and he will come back out. Thank you Hansen! Will use you all forever. PS. I have a maintenance package with them and they come out twice a year, parts are discounted if any issues, and priority appts are given. Highly recommend!

Fred Hand is an excellent plumber. I highly recommend him for any job. Great communicator and highly knowledgeable of his field. An upfront and honest plumber. Has great character and listens to your concerns. He provided options for present issue as well as for future projects. He is a great asset for any company. I will be requesting him for all of my future projects and recommend him to other people I know.

Eric Agney was so efficient and polite. He went out of his to explain the heating problem I was having and showed me pictures to help me understand. He searched for replacement parts and returned to install them so I would have heat during this cold weather. Eric is a very knowledgeable, professional worker who represent your company well!

Donnie was professional and courteous. Installed my new sink very quickly. Im so thrilled. And he cleaned up everything afterwards. Kudos, to a job we'll done.
