We were initially concerned about squeezing a shower into the space, but Steve confidently assured us it would be no problem—so long as we followed his expert advice. Spoiler alert: He was 100% right! What really stood out was how fast Steve and his team got to work. Compared to the other contractors we were juggling, SB Carbone Plumbing & Heating was impressively efficient, taking us from start to inspection to finish faster than we could’ve hoped. And Steve? He was there every step of the way, making sure everything went smoothly. The project wasn’t small, either. With a sewage pump already roughed in, Steve’s team handled all the plumbing for the vanity sink, toilet, shower, and even installed a whole-house water filter. Talk about a full-service experience! The attention to detail, Steve’s years of experience, and his genuine understanding of what we needed completely won us over. They’ve made a repeat customer out of me, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. SB Carbone was highly recommended by a friend, and we couldn't agree more. We had a small leak, and they were able to show up the next morning and fix the issue quickly. The plumber explained the work being done, where various shutoff valves are, and gave overall advice on the condition of our system. Price was very responsible for a response on such short notice. Driving down the highway in one of their technicians thinks it’s funny to cut over and almost hit me and decides to keep going as I honk and beep to let him know he’s going to hit me decides to keep going and push me into the breakdown lane almost causing an accident then speeds away laughing and flipping me off terrible employee.

This photo is our new skirted toilet installed by SB Carbone. When we reached out to Steve Carbone we were told that they "didn't want to touch that pipe for fear of breaking it off in the wall"...... The Complete Customer Satisfaction policy listed on his website is a joke !!!!!

Angelo has been my serviceman for years, he is very knowledgeable and hardworking. I always feel in good hands with Angelo, Joe and his team. They are very flexible and fix my problems the same way they would fix their own. Everyone from dispatch to billing is a pleasure to work with. Thank you again for fixing and replacing 3 toilets on a Monday with no advance notice!

After 1 week without heat and two "5 Star" companies that neglected to show up, Angelo promptly returned my phone call and asked about the problem I was having. He said okay I’ll come by and see what we can do. Him and Joe arrived at my home less than 20 minutes later. They assessed the problem, knew exactly what was going on and how they could fix it. I needed a new circulator and a cracked pipe repaired. They had the part and tools already with them and repaired the issue in about an hour. They were both great to work with, very personable. I found the price to be reasonable as well. I will definitely be calling them again if needed. Very happy customer 🙂
