My water heater stop working 6 days ago and I have been on the phone with the insurance and the manufacturer for 5 days now with no clear solution. I called Pro Plumbers office on the 5day and I was also told get an appointment for 6pm. Frankie came in, evaluated the water thank, gave me the best offer by promising me to get it done in the morning of the next day. Frankie did just that and was in my place my 7am, swapped the tank and installed a new tank per code the same morning. So in less than 24heure, we got our new water heater installed and running with the best offer. I will summarize to say Pro Plumbers and Frankie offer faster service, very good pricing, constant communication on progress and friendly team. Great job Frankie! My man Ralph at All Pro worked his ass off from the minute he arrived in the afternoon 105°F heat, until it was dark and late at night. He gave us his best and valiant attempt at trying to repair my very old AC system. It just wasn't going to happen. He made important recommendations and gave me great advice. Together we decided to replace the entire system. They worked with me on the price. And even though the cost was higher than what I have been told by other AC companies of the same size. The confidence I felt with All Pro, the warranty they offered as well as the zero interest financing and next day install was the game changer for me. This home has two very elderly women who had been suffering in a 92° F home for two days. The speed of the install was crucial ! All Pro made that happen for us ! The installers will be coming out today. 7-11-25 All Pro plumbing & HVAC were the only ones who quickly answered the phone, dispatched a technician, late in the afternoon in less than an hour. Jonathan Woods came out today to provide a tune up for our AC unit. We hadn’t gotten one in a long time, so it was overdue. Jonathan was professional, friendly and willing to answer all of my millions of questions. He took some pictures of what was going on in the attic and I was so grossed out. He has great energy, he works hard and he’s so polite. I don’t know how he worked in that 90+ degree suffocating heat! I highly recommend him and this company. Collin was kind and professional and helped me understand everything for my water heater replacement, Collin was extremely well versed in the plumbing code and allowed me to watch him install the heater and bathroom faucet.
