Plumber Mike's

I have used Plumber Mike's twice now to help with plumbing issues and repairs in my parents' apartments. They are very good! They show up when they say they will, do a great job, and their pricing is fair. They are very helpful and I absolutely recommend them. Claudette in the office is a pleasure to work with. I most recently had a toilet replaced and they were able to take care of this quickly. Thank you, Plumber Mike's!

Untrustworthy and dishonest. They told me my outside tankless water heater couldn’t be repaired and I would get a top-of-the-line replacement with installation for $3,500. Even for that money, they told me the controller unit was an additional option, although the box clearly stated it was included! After much complaining, they miraculously appeared with one the following day. The unit they put in is a "value" low end model that was for sale (retail) at both Home Depot and the manufacturer through Amazon for $618. They were dishonest about the cost and quality of the actual water heater and totally took advantage of me as a trusting customer. Because all the piping was already there and it only took a couple of hours to do the work, I asked for an itemized receipt with a breakdown of the cost. My request verbally to the owner and through multiple emails have just been ignored. Regarding the quality of the work - they left with holes in the wall and I had to call them back to get them filled. The electrical wiring is shoddy - tie wrapped to a pipe from an open hose - and it may even be unsafe. Judge for yourself from the photos. On top of all this, they disconnected my garage freezer for a power tool and didn’t plug it back in. By the time I noticed, a significant amount of food had already been wasted. This owner has been totally unwilling to explain the gross overcharging and refused to make amends for this or any of the other issues. He has a complete disregard for the fact that I am an extremely unhappy customer. Their website says "Plumber Mike’s was founded on, and continues to take great pride in our goal of 100% customer satisfaction". That is just a lie. I strongly warn anyone considering using this company to stay away as they are nothing more than dishonest con-artists. I was totally scammed and ripped off. Don’t make that mistake. We had a whole home water filtration system installed at our house by Plumber Mike’s and have seen a dramatic improvement in the water quality. It’s even noticeable when I shower and makes my hair feel really soft. We change the filter monthly and am disgusted with what it’s filtering out from Fort Lauderdale’s tap. Highly recommend the pros at Plumber Mike’s for great service and upfront pricing.

The city detected a leak and it was discovered that all 3 toilets needed new flush valves. His tec also noticed that the tank needed the washers/seal replaced. I also needed new stoppers for 4 sinks. The tec, and Mike, was very courteous through the entire process. The tech should me what was needed at every step and left all bathrooms clean...like there was no work done inside.

Plumber Mike and his staff provided the best service! My elderly uncle had a leak in his bath and toilet and we didn't know how to fix it. Someone had recommended Plumber Mike and I'm so happy that we contacted them. They explained the problem in terms that I could understand and clearly outlined the process to rectify the issue. They were patient, diligent, reliable and efficient and the price was good. I am happy that I now have a reliable plumber that I can contact! I highly recommend them! Plumber Mike and his team were absolutely amazing. They were such a hard working team and Very pleasant. Mike was amazing, always calling to keep me informed of the process and where we were with our progress. So grateful for these guys! I highly recommend them! 10/10 amazing experience!

We've been using Plumber Mike's for the past 10 years. Their plumbers have always been very competent, courteous and professional. We recently had to have ALL our sewer pipes replaced under our house. They gave us a very reasonable quote, especially considering the extent of the work required. They expedited the permitting process and work. The pipe replacement was done with only a couple of times where we couldn't use the water, and then only for only 1 or 1-1/2 hours each. They restored the front lawn and driveway to their pre-job condition. Very pleased with the project. I plan to use them for the next 10 years!
