This is the 2nd times I’ve used plumbers connection. Both times, David came out. My shower would not turn off. Water kept running so I had to turn off the main line. David came out to replace the cartridge but removing it took a long time due to calcification. Yet he was patient and tried different methods. He could have easily took the easy route and suggested plan B which would have cost me more money. He is a true professional and would use him again.

David was fantastic. He walked me through what the issues were and how it could be fixed. Additionally, he replaces a faulty valve that was not even part of the scope of work. He just stopped by when he was in the area again and replaced it in about 15 minutes. I highly recommend The Plumbers Connection Inc.

Great company! Everyone really cares about the customer. David is smart and so nice and really does a wonderful job. I have had several repairs done toilets drains amazing work and prices. Everything was clean when all the work was done...I am so happy...

David always helps me with anything that comes up with plumbing in my home from the main line to a leaky toilet. So grateful to find a trustworthy company. Totally recommend him.

I had a problem with a toilet not flushing and thought there was some blockage. I tried some home remedies (hot water, detergent etc) and was about to spend money on my own snake and other commercial products when I decided instead to call the Plumbers Connection. David came out promptly and put a snake into the sewer outflow line. But he told me that the camera showed there was no obstruction there. Instead, he said it was likely the problem was due to mineral deposits built up in the flow line INTO the toilet bowl, reducing the flush strength. He suggested I use vinegar to try to clean it out. I have been doing so and have been surprised at how much debris has come out from the inflow line (see photo). This would never has occurred to me to try. Toilet is working fine now. Gary was very professional and explained why my shower may stilll be leaking due to high water pressure. Sure enough when checked it was 120 psi. Way high. He replaced my regulator which brought the pressure down to 70 psi. He then checked the shower again and no leaks with handles snugged up. Great service and prompt response time.
